Help with summons
I spoke with Melissa regarding a summons that I had received on 1/17/26 but was not home to get until 2 weeks later, as I am an over the road truck driver. Account Debt Blue agreed w/me to accommodate but couldn't.
Carmen listened to my concerns about a current litigation with a creditor that Debt Blue accepted as part of my program at a specific dollar amount that in fact Debt Blue can't accommodate that creditor and turned it over to another law firm. Debt Blue probably should have been more straight forward from the beginning. Either way, I expect to continue to work w/Debt Blue 'cause the program - minus a few 'glitches' is exceptional. Nothing is perfect, I guess. Carmen was understanding and told me that we'll move forward, somehow, accommodating that account in question.
