I would definitely recommend this company & there services I had a three week turn around on my IVA application from start to finish. They handled everything for me in a very polite and professional manner & my IVA application was granted by my creditors.

I was feeling totally depressed and unhappy with my life, everything was spiralling out of control. I was told about iva how they helped people in my situation. When i made that phone call i was put at ease straight away, they went through everything step by step. By the end of the call i felt like a weight had been lifted off of me. My IVA application was passed on to Debt Free Direct by Vincent Bond so part of the process had already been completed. I found the whole process much easier than I had expected it would be. Everyone I spoke to was friendly & able to answer all my questions. They were very professional, always agreeing a convenient time to call me & always calling on time. They worked out a very realistic & affordable IVA proposal for me & when this was approved it was like a huge weight had been lifted from my shoulders. I contacted debt free direct as i reached my last resort with my unsecured debts. Everytime i contacted dfd i was greeted with helpfull and understanding people who dont judge you but try to help and reassure you. I would recommend dfd to anyone as i would give them 10/10 for the service i was given.

Where do I begin, starting off with the worrying nights not knowing what to do trying to not worry too much because of history of cancer, but then I was browsing through one of the telephone directories and came across National Debt Line who put me in touch with your goodselves. I cannot begin to tell you how ashamed and embarrassed I felt but the team each and everyone of them from start to the actual meeting with creditors could not do enough. How can I explain what I am trying to say they were caring, kind and considerate and each advisor seemed genuinely concerned not just like many advisors they all reminded me of the nurses when I was in the cancer ward each person was dealt with such kindness and concern and that is what your team are from start to finish and I cannot thank you enough.

Great service very polite and very helpful
