I treated myself to a wonderful necklace, it was beautifully made and looked stunning. Unfortunately the style Id chosen didnt quite work for me so I contacted Decadorn to see if they might be able to assist. They could not have been more helpful, they understood my difficulty and didnt hesitate in supporting me to return my order and replace my chain with something that would work better for me. So nice to deal with a business providing such wonderful, personal, service. Really recommend! I n9w have my eye on some other beautiful pieces to add to my jewellery collection 🫶🏻

I recently bought a necklace from Decadorn and I’m genuinely so happy with it.
Since wearing it, I’ve had several compliments and people asking where it’s from. It’s become one of my favourite pieces of jewellery. I’d absolutely recommend Decadorn if you’re looking for something stylish and a little bit different. Customer services were great too as I ask them to send photos of the coloured stones which they did happily.

Gold “rubs off” if you dare to wear
Purchased a necklace for my wife. As said in other reviews these aren’t exactly cheap, but she loved it so got it. After wearing it quite often (as it was her favourite necklace) we noticed that the plating was lifting off and going dull. We contacted them and they have asked us to send it back. They replied with a statement basically saying it must of been neglected and exposed to “some conditions”, yes it was exposed to some conditions, as I assumed a nearly £100 necklace would be able to be worn often, not locked away in a cupboard. It was never abused, rarely saw water etc but cannot hide a necklace from all elements if you actually wear it often. Won’t buy from them again, as plenty of other competitors around the same price point and seem to have less issues. Seeing as I’m not the only one complaining about tarnishing, maybe they need to reassess how they make, or how they price their jewellery. Not good enough.
Following on from your reply, I fail to understand how it arrived "heavily tangled" when it had been clasped together, placed in a Decadorn bag, and returned via the Royal Mail. I don't really understand how else we could of returned it.
This necklace wasn't slept, showered or swam in. It may of come into contact with perfume, as that is inevitable if you want to wear it out and also smell nice.
If this is the worst one you have seen in 16 years and we only had it 7 months, doesn't that scream that it wasn't manufactured up to your normal standard?
Also for people wanting to buy your products, i will advise them that the care card advises you not to expose the jewellery to....
Water, air, sunlight, perfume, sweat, and more.
Seems to me that most of these are unavoidable by wearing it more than in a dark room, staying still, and freshly washed (but not wet).
Hugely disappointed.

I bought a gorgeous statement freshwater pearl necklace for my sister for her birthday and she loves it. She is wearing it every time I see her! It came beautifully packaged and wrapped too.
Gems fall off quickly
I bought a necklace from Decadorn and it was beautiful. It was my staple necklace. However, one of the gems randomly broke off. I had it for a year and 2 months, so understandably their customer services said the warranty period was over and they couldn’t offer a replacement. Their solution was for me to purchase a new gem. I felt it was a shame and decided against this because ultimately if this is only going to last another year based off my experience with the original piece, it’s not really worth the price. Massive shame as it’s my favourite necklace.
Mother’s Day jewellery.
I bought some Mother’s Day presents from Decadorn and kept a bracelet for myself.
I wore it for a short while and the gold plating not only faded but also turned pink. When I reached out to customer service they tried to say I hadn’t cared for it and sent me their care guide that states that their jewellery can’t be worn in sunshine, at the gym, come into any contact with water (I mean what if you wash your hands), and so on. It is plated with such poor quality that you need to remove it to wash your hands?! I pointed out that other brands use plating at this kind of price point and they don’t tarnish. Initially they refused to divulge return details, only after a lengthy email chain did the representative agree to let me return the bracelet, they then wanted to replace it like for like which I said no to. They took several days to then offer store credit all the while quoting the care guide. Eventually after two weeks of emails they issued a refund.
I do not think the quality of their jewellery can justify their price point. I’d avoid investing any more money with Decadorn and their customer service is slow and they don’t like returns. Not impressed.

Above & beyond customer service
I wanted to purchase a family birthstone necklace for my daughter in law. I contacted customer service to enquire about out of stock gem stones & my need for delivery by a specific date.
They (namely Emily) replied promptly & in a very friendly manner, & offered to look out for my order & ask the studio to prioritise it as I was on a tight timeliness. I found this very reassuring.
My necklace arrived in plenty of time. It is beautiful & very good quality. I know it will be very special to my daughter in law.

Nice bargains
I was served an ad for Decadorn's archive sale on social media and visited the website as I can't resist a bargain. I bought three of the imperfect 'extra' stones finished in sterling silver and added them to a chain I already had. They are delightful and I have ordered a couple more of different kinds. I am happy to have paid £8.40 each for them, even though there are some minor flaws as described (a crack in one stone, and irregularities of the dipped silver in the others.) The full price would be far outside my budget, and more than I'd expect to pay for semi-precious jewellery, but this is a nice way to try out the brand. I don't feel the flaws detract from the items' charms and the company set fair expectations in their description.
Disappointing quality and colour
I ordered the blue opal gem slice chunky chain necklace to go with a blue dress for a wedding. The gem slice is very pale blue - nothing like the three featured on the website. Decadorn say they cannot guarantee colours due to natural variation, but this makes buying jewellery to match quite tricky! When it arrived the chain was very flimsy and light weight - felt almost plasticky. I was disappointed with what I got for £88 so am returning. This is done by emailing them to get an address, and customer pays for the return. So delivery costs and return costs will leave me out of pocket. Sadly I regret the purchase.

Amazing and personal care from a small team
Had an incredibly positive experience with Emily in customer care. Emails have been prompt and exceptionally helpful. So much care has been put into not only the jewellery, and packaging but the customer experience at every stage. Greatly appreciated. I will be shopping here again!
Very unhappy, very flimsy & cheaply made item
I bought an item for one of my close friends, it was a gold necklace..
Although the stone is lovely, the actual jewellery itself is very cheap looking and very flimsy. In actual fact it feels like a necklace you would get out of a Christmas cracker, not very good quality at all.
I really wish I'd bought it in the sterling silver.
On receiving it I emailed the company to say that I would like to send it back as it wasn't what I thought it was going to be.
Only to be told that because it was an item I purchased in the sale I was unable to do so. When purchasing online, it's really hard to know what something it's gonna be like until it turns up so I think this is really unfair.
I can understand that sometimes you can't return items for a refund when they are in the sale, but I only wanted an exchange !
I just wanted to exchange it for more expensive item (sterling silver) and pay the difference, but i was still declined.
I'll definitely won't be shopping with this company again and I would advise not buying sale items unless you're 100% sure it's what you want because it's 100%, not worth the money, even as a sale item.
