Website user friendly and received my perfumes very quickly, so efficient.
Excellent products and obviously original fragrances.
Such a great way to try high end fragrances before purchasing. I only ordered the 3ml sizes but ample to try out on a few occasions to make sure I liked them and perfect size for small handbags on a night out!
will definitely be using again and recommending to friends.

Ordered a sample of Louis Vuitton imagination and was a perfect amount for me to test it on a night out.
Was a really quick turnaround from ordering the sample to it being with me aswell.

Never arrived and radio silence!
Ordered in November, package never arrived. I emailed twice in December with no reply and I have messaged the company on instagram, got a reply to say they’d look in to it the following day and then absolutely nothing. I have messaged them 3 times after that response and nothing. It’s an absolute joke. Do not waste your money.

We did send out a replacement as soon as it became clear the parcel wasn’t recoverable, and we hope it arrived safely and met your expectations.
We completely understand how frustrating the delay and lack of clear communication must have felt at the time, we’re working on improving our response times, especially during busy periods, as over the festive period it does get manic. Better alternatives out there. Slow dispatch and terrible communication.
I am still waiting for an order to be dispatched despite being ordered 14 days ago.
Customer service is non-existent. I requested an update 5 days ago and have not received any communication back - not even a holding message / email / call to say they will look in to it for me.
This is my second order in the space of a month. The first order was also rather slow to be dispatched, but despite this I thought I would give your company a second chance as the quality of the product was good.
I have had no communication from Decanted at all regarding either order at any point. I have since used two online competitors and have received both of their orders very promptly with great communication throughout.
Giving two stars as the product quality is actually great - if you ever receive it… just don’t expect any customer support if you need help or a refund.
