Nothing to complain about

Nothing to complain about.
Items delivered in good condition.

Was a little concerned when all 9 pots of paint didn't arrive together, but then checking the Website found they were sent in 3 different batches.

More of a indication of my failings and not Deckingpaint.

Ordered 12x 5litre Ronseal shed and…

Ordered 12x 5litre Ronseal shed and fence paint, came in multiple deliveries but 6 of the 12 tubs were damaged. I was offered equivalent of £4 at first which was shocking and then they said they would collect the paint(I can only presume to re canister the paint and resell) however, the courier would only take 3 as they were leaking so bad. I’m in hospital which I told the company having major surgery and all they bother about is getting these tubs back. I ordered them on the 12march and I’ve had nothing but problems since, the anxiety this has caused, when I should be concentrating on my health is ridiculous. I have raised this with my credit card and have so much evidence that there should be no problem of a charge back. Disappointed that a company puts a return of faulty goods over customer service.

Ordered 6 tins of fence paint

Ordered 6 tins of fence paint, 8 days on and still not delivered, customer service response was I could risk them sending the order out again but the couldn’t guarantee the same wouldn’t happen.
They only use Evri and could not send my missing order with a different carrier.
I will buy from a different company that can deliver what you order.

I see this company gets good reviews BUT...

I see this company gets good reviews, which is why I used them, and they are local to me, but for my order if there was less than 1* they'd get that.
I ordered a simple 1 LT tin of paint for a bench, it was the colour I'd used previously and I thought get it ready for a good day in spring. It took 2 weeks to arrive, and when it did I'd forgotten I'd ordered it! Although they'd taken the time to order packaging boxes which say "this way up" their own packer had packed the paint upside down. thank goodness for the tape and extra bag around the paint can as the paint was leaking. After multiple emails around a 5% discount could be applied I asked for it to be returned. Over 2 weeks later just checking my bank accounts one night and noticed the paint hadn't yet been refunded, on contacting them they said my refund was in a queue to be processed (?) what? what queue? just authorise the refund within 2 weeks, not a lot to ask. Feels like it had been forgotten about and my order from start to end was an error. Amazon next time for me. I've tried small and local, they are just not as good.

I ordered three small pots of paint. The ordering process was straightforward and the paint was well priced. Arrived in two separate deliveries, but that wasn't a problem. Delivery was quick.
