Decolar.com presents lots of flight options and it's very easy to surf in its internet site. I took one star away because they don't give us information about connections in different airports. Some airports are so big and so difficult to go from one terminal to another, that the connection time may be not sufficient. Some airports also present baggage problems, like Moscow, and these informations should be given by Decolar. I almost missed my connection flights twice because of airport difficulties (Moscow and Beijing).

I`ve tried to book a hotel in vegas and got a message that the reservation could not be done, however they have charged my credit card the total ammount of the reservation.

I expect any kind of reutrn from the company so we can set this up ASAP.

Better than I anticipated

I am worried with the feedback received from Decolar.com. I have been asking for a flight cancellation since last week.
Today, June, 23, I called again to customer service and spoke with Ms. Gildete, who informed the protocol number S2907549. However, she still avoiding to send me an e-mail to confirm the cancellation , even a simple email with just the protocol number. It does not sound good to me.

I have purchased a package with aerial and hotel for me and my family including my two kids with destination to Beto Carrero. (SC/Brazil)

For my surprise the flight destination is to Curitiba Airport and the hotel is located in another city that is very distant from Curitiba (It takes at least 3 hours to get there)

I have talked to the Decolar company to cancel and answer was that the value that I have to expend to cancel or change the trip is tha same value that i had pay for the entire packed.


I question myself about the suitability of this company and I will advise everyone I know not to buy anything from this company.

Myself Sara and I am from Florida. I live with my family and also doing job in a reputed firm. I am very fond of traveling, but never got a chance to travel. Once a day my neighbor Darclee Warshoff and her friends planned for a tour for Pine Castle. Darclee told me for this tour and asked to me to come with us. As I love to travel and very passionate about this, I can’t deny her and ready for my passion with her as I am a big fan of travelling. Going for a trip with her is like enjoying every single moment. She is very passionate and serious about her craze for travelling. I remember that day when I, Darclee and some of our friends were moving towards Pine Castle. There we explored every area of the town and enjoyed to the fullest. We all had a great fun together!!!! I feel great with Darclee as she is a fun-loving personality.
