Fake company they also go by "Sohowells" which has company information and use cross payment systems to ensure you can get your money back example if you buy from Decollasy you will be charged as sohowells and same goes if you buy from sohowells they charge you from decolassy these lots run the same operation they charge you and hope you forget so they get "free money" Their pictures on their websites are all fake and ai to perseve you into thinking they are a established company.

I got a gold 3 piece set and they exceeded my expectations and were gorgeous, and seller was very patient and respectful with me thank you! And I recommend

Nest of tables ordered with estimated delivery 3-4 days. After 4 weeks no delivery or explanation. Many enquiry emails and ‘live chat’ ignored. No telephone number. Now recovering money through Mastercard.

Ordered a nest of tables on the 27th of April 2025, supposed to be delivered within 3 to 4 working days....... 7 weeks and still nothing!! No tables No updates No nothing!!
They are NOT replying to my emails, phone line does NOT work.
This is clearly a SCAM.
Don't be fooled by the few good reviews, clearly they do it to gain trust to start with.

Stay clear.

If I could give this company a minus review I wouldnt hesitate to, one of the worst companies ai have ever ever dealt with. It all started on Amazon when I ordered the table from them (NOT REALISING THEY ARE THE SAME COMPANY) on Amazon they call themselves Dubrilux as a seller.

So i first ordered my 1st set on the 1st of April 2025 after weeks of waiting n chasing on Amazon they appologised and cancelled the order and offered a 20 pounds refund if I order it again through Amazon. So I did, I placed another order on the 30th of April, once again I had to chase for them to dipatch and only after bringing this to Amazons attention and Amazon emailed the Dubrilux seller, did they dispatch the item. I recieved the item next day with jands marks, the black top part of the table had scratched and looks used!!!

You can imagine my frustration I contacted Dubrilux and requested a return and for about three weeks I was chasing and they finally took it seriously when I obviously raised an a to z dispute.

Obviously left with no nested tables, I started browsing online for an alternative and for my bad luck I ended up seeing the same table online at Decolassy. I tried to call and even emailed to confirm they werent the same supplier as Amazon but I couldnt get through, so I just figured I'll place an order and see what happens (silly me I know, it should have been my red warning flag). I placed an order and they replied back saying it will be dispatched in a day or so.

During the three weeks of chasing Amazon, Decolassy email me stating they have recieved an a-z amazon claim and if I could cancel that, this is how I had confirmation they were the same company!!! I obviously panicked and told them that i dont want to repeat what happened on Amazon and they reassured me they will send me pictures of the tables before dispatch.

Again nothing got dispatched, and despite chasing nothing happened, no response nothing, so I called my bank and forced a refund through them for the decolassy order and emailed Decolassy to state this.

Needless to say I am disgusted with their service that I figured I needed to warn others!!!! Please avoid as much as possible!!!! It doeent matter how nice their item looks you're prob not going to get what you see.

We bought a nest of tables February 2025. It was in extremely poor, and i believe used condition. Firstly the delivery was extremely delayed. And since receipt of the poor goods they have completely ignored me.

They answered all my questions quickly and ship the order on time. I have checked the reviews before placing the order, was sceptical for a bit but wanted to give it a try because I like the tables. I received a nest of tables in December which were scratched and the glass tops were all smashed. I applied for a refund and despite being promised a refund label for collection of the goods, nothing has in fact appeared. Looking at the reviews this seems common practice for Decolassy. I have contacted them repeatedly.....still nothing.

I have bought a made to Order 5 nesting square coffee tables, Since November 19th I contacted them several times,They updated delivery but since zero communication 😑 I had to contact PayPal no chat box no phone number! Zero ! TABLES WERE GIFT for my brother 😢😢

I ordered on 4th January and finally got my delivery today. They are a lovely product, exactly as pictured and described and for this I have no issue. Even when they repeatedly apologised today for the delay, this wasn’t my issue-it was the lack of communication! I must have sent over 15 emails with no response, used the online chat, nothing. Only when I raised a dispute with my bank that I finally got a response. I do like the product and if I could guarentee this wouldn’t happen again, I’d actually buy from them again!

Been waiting for a order , which should have been delivered on 14 January 2025, every time we contact the company they ignore your messages, so I'm going to report this company do not order anything from them as they are a crap company. Hopefully will get shut down
