As per most recent reviews ! Complete scam ! Air con unit took 22 days to come and wasn’t even air con cheap cooler fan barely worth £50 never mind £200+ ! They also emailed apologising for the “delay” due to heat conditions by their couriers. Requested refund through PayPal immediately got it back which suggests they know about this company . Advice just pay extra to a legitimate well known retailer.

AVOID!!! After reading these reviews I wish I had read them first. Seems to be the same product I ordered the 12000 BTU air con 3 weeks ago, have had the same emails repeatedly after asking for a refund they keep telling me it’s on the way 3 weeks later. I want a refund. not the false product

They do not reply to emails,
9 days since I ordered,no delivery date give.
Tried to cancel but its impossible to get in touch with this company.
Think I might have been Scammed.
Anyone else having problems.

Don't order from them. They don't respond to you. Ordered an air conditioning unit that cost hundred of pounds, they sent a flimsy, cheap, plastic, air cooler

Absolutely appalling customer service, taken payment, no delivery date provided and no replies to any enquiries. Having to go through my credit card company to retrieve the money. Do not use!!

SCAM COMPANY - please avoid! I paid £259 for an air con unit and instantly regretted it. I paid in GBP and the invoice was in ASD - Repeatedly sent me emails saying it had/hadn’t been dispatched. Telling me workers were passing out in the heat etc (not professional at all) Asked for it to be cancelled numerous times (no reply) telephone number is invalid. Luckily my bank has refunded but needed to wait 15 days. I’d hate for others to be scammed like me. This was for my disabled child so it angers me. Please avoid!

I havent received the product yet but it seems correct until now

Bought a "portable air conditioner" for roughly £100 and what came was something I'd expect for a £10 and was not an air conditioner. Straight up false advertising.

Reasonable price compared to other online platforms. Quick and easy ordering.

Easy to place order and fast shipping process

Avoid at all costs. Order was never shipped and was unable to cancel, despite their being a 14 day cooling off period. Luckily, I had paid by PayPal and was able to get my money back from them.

ordered BTU 12000 AC unit, received a cheap chinese fan with slot for the ice bottles on the top, and it doesn't cooling at all. open dispute with my bank because the phone nr are fake and costumer support is not responding to any email.
If anyone got the screenshot of this AC unit with the description on it please get in touch with me on because bank is asking for photo proof. But on website this product is not available anymore.

Update

Received my refund from PayPal, case closed in my favour, despite me updating the case information to say that tracking has shown, since yesterday, that 'something' (it certainly won't be an air conditioning unit) is actually on its way to me and due to be delivered today. I was going to change the case type to 'item significantly not as described', but no longer need to as I have my refund. We will see what arrives, but going on reviews left so far, it won't be anything of any worth, so I will probably just refuse delivery if I'm home when it arrives. I've kicked myself for falling for this scam in the first place, but we live and learn. I would urge everyone to approach whoever they used to pay for a refund. PayPal are certainly aware of this 'company', and I'd be willing to bet that credit card providers and banks are too. A good outcome for me, and I really hope everyone manages to get their money back.

If I could give no stars I would this has been an absolute joke we ordered an ac unit it has been 3 weeks first communication we had they said they were short staffed so had been delayed the second was they were working on dispatching the item to us after this we didn’t hear anything we emailed then they sent some sort of tracking but it didn’t tell or show you anything we emailed again no response we have emailed again and again and not got anything back from them even tried emailing on another email address and still haven’t had anything back from them we have been waiting 3 weeks no communication from them as to why they tracking hasn’t updated the courier still hasn’t received it. I will get getting a refund as this is an absolute joke of a company DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!

This is a con. They send out basic cooling fans advertised as air conditioners. They say they have a money back guarantee and I have asked to return the fan as it is not what I ordered.
If they respond and refund me I will change my review.

Like most other reviews, avoid. Ordered an air con unit, received a very poorly made dehumidifier that if u were in store and saw you would not purchase, cheap and badly constructed. No customer service whatsoever. Click bait scam I think they call it.

The first thing that went wrong was that the external drive that I ordered was sent to my former address.
The second thing s that when I tried to format the external SSD on my Imac it consistently failed . As it turns out The SSD drive is a scam drive.
I have tried numeroius times to contact the company and continue to receive answers from several different people that deny a refund, BAD news company. Don’t even try to purchase anything here.

Easy to purchase. Would like to see some additional information on the actual items. But it seemed to be an easy process. Let’s hope the shipping is as easy and that the product arrives and is exactly as described!!

An update on my previous review: PayPal refunded my money in full after I fell for the too-good-to-be true air con scam.
Decors Deluxe:
-ignored over 20 attempts to contact them
-claimed they have a policy (published nowhere) of not cancelling orders more than ONE HOUR after they're place
-give a fake Netherlands phone number on their website
-give a fake support@ email that bounces back undelivered
-take payments from UK customers in Australian dollars for some reason
-imply orders are shipped from 'within the UK' when in fact they come from China
Shockingly awful experience. Avoid like the plague.
