This company are fake, I ordered a £200+ air conditioner, they delayed shipment, then sent a cheap air cooling fan instead, they claimed it was sent in error and despite sending them photos and initially engaging with a return, they are now refusing to refund and only offered me 10% back or 50% store credit! They made the mistake, 100% refund & return postage! However, I suspect this was all actually intentional and this is actually a con. Fraud investigation underway by Mastercard. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY. Genuine Overheated dad in Newcastle.

This company Decorsdeluxe is a complete sham. I have received items that look NOTHING like the product on their website. Very shabby customer after sales service in fact it's non existent. Scammed into purchasing 2 air con units that are not what they looked like on arrival as to what they were on web with no instructions or viable way to return. This company will not return emails or answer the advertised phone number. Please please do not buy from them. They will take yr money, send u something completely unlike what was advertised and then not answer queries or respond to refunding. Never use. Run a mile. Do not spend money with them. In this country trading standards would have them for mis-selling but because they are an international company nothing will be done. Absolutely disgusting. Live and Learn 🥵

Complete scam artists. Ordered a 1200 BTU portable air con for £242 had to chase delivery and then what was sent was a cheap and nasty air cooler worth about £45. I immediately emailed them asking for a refund. 4 emails sent no reply to any. I’ve now raised a complaint through my bank as I paid via credit card. Avoid this scamming company at all costs

Another person who ordered 12000btu air-conditioning unit but received a air cooling unit. I was reassured by the customer services (I have had several replies but they go into spam folder) that I would receive a 12000btu air conditioning unit. Absolutely appalling- I don't usually fall for this but came out near the top of Google search and got over excited given then current British weather!!

I ordered an item and for the first week it was excuses about the heat etc. meanwhile they had changed their ad for the item I ordered 3 times and swapped my £240 unit for a tower fan you can get in Argos for £40 tops. Absolutely avoid at all costs. Scam scam scam

I wish I had read the reviews before ordering because I have had exactly the same experience as many others. I ordered an AC Unit (Portable Air Conditioner 12000 BTU Cooling Dehumidifier) but got back an air cooler, which I could have bought locally for a fraction of the price. And I haven't been able to get a peep out of thier customer services, despite having now sent 4 emails.

It's just a scam - avoid like the plague.

I ordered an air con unit, got an email confirming everything, got another email stating shipping was delayed, I’m yet to receive my order and they are no responding to any correspondence. DO NOT USE THIS SITE!!!!!

I like the low price then will see for the quality of the product.
I dislike a long checkout with many trying to sell other products.

Ordered the 24 of June,Evri say they still have not received the item,customer service is non existent as they have never replied to my texts,I assume I have lost my £200.

ordered 12000BTU aircon unit, informed was shipped (& keep getting useless mails reconfirming) however 3 weeks on couriers dont recognise shipping details and or show any details, despite comms from Decors
Tried to contact them, and was told some delays but will definitely be shipped in 4 days...it's now 2 weeks on.
Reading some other reviews am even more concerned that if it is ever shipped, product will be different, fan as opposed to AC, as others have experienced.
Have now asked credit card co to process refund.

After no contact for 3 weeks, I received an air cooler instead of the air conditioning unit (12,000 BTU) I ordered. I have sent an email to customer services and will request a refund from my credit card if no response soon.

I ordered a 12000 btu air conditioner for around £200 but received an air cooler that i could have gotton free off TEMU.

I've emailed them numerous times with no reply and the dutch number on thier contact us page is not recognised.

This is an absolute scam company set up to rip off hard working people. DO NOT BUY FROM DECORSDELUXE

I found the exact SSD type item I wanted straight away using a google search based on the product features and fuction at best price.
I found a good description of the item and good reviews with a fast order using paypal, which I prefer.
I did miss the colour option choices so bought black by default rather than red, but since emailed to change my colour choice to blue which I hope can be done as its advertised at same price.
Red for some reason comes at a premium which was a shame..Hoping to follow up with a good review once I have the item in use.
