Scammers I bought a 12,000 BTU air conditioner realised it was a scam site immediately cancelled they ignored every email … luckily I bought it through PayPal whom I cannot fault they have been fighting my corner since 25th June and has now closed my case in my favour.. the item did arrive and was most definitely false advertising and not what I was expecting !!!!!

I also bought a air conditioner and received a very cheap Chinese plastic fan
I tried contacting customer services but never received a reply.
Luckily I paid via PayPal and they refunded my money
Please do not buy anything from these people it's a con / scam

Do Not order from this company! Not UK based. Received 1 of the 2 products I ordered, and this took 3 weeks. The product a tower fan/cooler is a 3rd of the size shown pictures. The ordering part of the transaction works well after this you will not be able to contact the company. Don’t do it absolute rubbish!! All users that have given 5 stars for ordering process need to update!

I purchased an item from their website, with an expected delivery date of between 6-9 business days. It has been over 3 weeks. They originally responded with due to the weather being hot, this is causing the delay, but are since no longer responding to any emails I have sent them chasing my purchase and coincidentally they no longer sell the item I have purchased. I have asked for a refund and have been ignored. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM as you won’t receive your item. Currently having to go through my bank to claim the money back

Just before the heatwave I started to look at air conditioning units. I found one through Decors Deluxe which was a 12,000 BTU air con unit with an image alongside the description of this having an extraction pipe to go out the window. It was described as a proper air con unit, not an evaporative unit or fan. I was also told delivery would c.6 working days. Fast forward over a fortnight and the delivery was woefully incorrect, the box highlighting the item was actually an "air cooler" so not an aircon unit at all. I didn't even want to try and use it (a) so as to get a return underway and (b) the instructions were impressively inadequate.

Since receiving the item I have attempted to commence a return procedure and to date, having sent 4 emails, have had 1 response simply asking for a photo of the box. I would whole heartedly advise against ordering anything from this company. They are cowboys and whilst I am lucky enough not to desperately need my £250 back

Decors Deluxe is 100% a fraudulent company. I would disregard any positive reviews about them as bots or fake reviews.

Like many others on here, I ordered a 12,000 BTU air conditioner from them. I placed the order on the 24th of June, as their website appeared to be UK based and promised "fast delivery".

After making the payment in GBP, the order confirmation then appeared in AUD, and stated the air conditioner was coming from China.

The tracking number provided provides no information whatsoever. After waiting over 3 weeks for my order to arrive, I emailed their customer care team.

One response from them said my order hadn't shipped. A seperate response said it had shipped and to track my order.

I tracked it, and nothing had updated.

They are clearly fraudulent. Thankfully I paid using my credit card so am able to get my money back.

I Was desperate for some relief of the heat and when I came across this website and a 1200 portable air conditioning unit available, I brought it.
I had no idea it was coming from abroad, until the confirmation email came through. They had transferred Australian dollars into pounds. Realising that my item still hadn’t been dispatched, in the 3 weeks, I sent numerous emails. Their response was that there were shipping delays etc and I wasn’t allowed a refund.
I contacted my bank and they took over to do a charge back. After a few days, I’ve received a refund from them.
Please don’t purchase from them and loose your money.

My experience with DecorsDeluxe has been warm, smooth, and genuinely satisfying. From the moment I placed my order, I felt guided. By the service that values clarity and care. What stood out most was the sense of reliability

I also bought a Portable Air Conditioner 12000 BTU Cooling, but it’s not. It’s just a fan where you can add some water. Total rip off. Do not use!

I ordered an air conditioner and was sent a fan! This is frankly dishonest. This company says they get a 5star trustpilot review. This is not true.

I ordered a pair of football boots, but I tried to cancel the order as soon as I realised that they were not the real boots. The advertising is a bit miss-leading and I thought they were the actual F50's. When I tried to cancel the order I was told I couldn't, that it was too late. I was told I could return them when they arrived. They arrived, and I am now trying to send them back and get my £65 back. I have sent 3 emails and no response. Do not order

I bought a 128TB SSD HDD for about 65 bucks (Too good to be True) .. A total peice of shit that the PC will not even recognise or display🙇‍♂️

I would not recommend this company.
20 days ago I ordered an air conditioning unit at the beginning of the heatwave for my partner who was in need of one.
I had a confirmation email later that day.
48 hours later when the website was showing my order hadn’t been dispatched, I asked to cancel.
I was told it was too late to cancel .
I was then in communication with a bot who apologised for any delay but said my order ‘should be despatched in 2-4 days’. That was more than 2 weeks ago.
The phone number on the website is obviously not correct, and I have had no communication from them at all, despite sending enquiring emails myself.

I'm so glad I found the product that I needed.

Easy to purchase and checkout!

They sent me an air purifier instead of the Air-conditioning unit 1200btu that I orded
Even though I had canceled the order before it was sent.
But still took my payment.
I now have a cheap plastic fan in a box that's not what I ordered.
Even though I sent them e mails to cancel my order several times
DONT USE THIS COMPANY THERE SCAMERS, YOU WONT GET YOUR ORDER OR YOUR MONEY BACK

Horrendous Scam !Do not buy from this company.
I ordered 2 neck fans on 27/6/26 and almost immediately tried to cancel the order when I realised the company was registered in the Netherlands as I needed the fans urgently. I sent 3 e mails cancelling the order but only had one response saying my request was being looked into.
Today,the 13/7/26 2 very battered boxed blue fans arrived, They are from China and the instructions on the box are all in Chinese! A small print piece of paper tells me to charge the fans but there is no way of knowing if it is charging or if it is on or off!
I did more research into the company and discovered it is in fact Hong Kong based! They cost a total of $74.62!
I have been totally conned.
