I purchased an air conditioning unit over two weeks ago. When I realised after the purchase that they were based in Hong Kong, I requested a refund immediately. This has been ignored and every email I have sent them has also been ignored. Needless to say the item has not been delivered and I have not received a refund.

I've been scammed
Reading from all air con unit reviews as well, I'm in the same boat... ordered an air con ,tried chasing several times regarding delivery, no response to my several emails. Ordered on 24th june, delivered 9th july and now I have received a FAN not an air con. the number doesn't work, customer service doesn't respond so will also be reporting this to my bank as fraud and this company if i don't receive my refund back from them

Was overall a good experience through the process

Complete scam. Bought an airconditioner, got a cheap air fan that doesn't make cold air at all. Contacted customer service, no replies whatsoever! Should be sued!

Ordered a 12,000BTU Air conditioning unit and never arrived. Ordered 21st June. Called the number on the website and the phone isn't connected. Emailed Twice and made my intentions clear that a refund is requested or I will be starting the dispute process with my bank on the 6th July. Still no response so the dispute has commenced. I have huge concerns at how this company is ran and won't be using them again.

AVOID ITS A SCAM .I have ordered air conditioning unit and instead received air cooler which is obviously not what I ordered. Company doesnt respond to any emails and phone number listed on the website doesn't exist. AVOID SCAM

Order an air conditioning unit on the 22nd June 2026. Item has not been delivered. When trying to contact merchant there is no response. When you try to track the item it just says Royal Mail is awaiting parcel from the company but nothing has changed with that.

Do not order through this company. I’m based in the UK for context.

AVOID, THIS COMPANY IS A PURE SCAM/FRAUD! I purchased a Air Conditioner unit for nearly £250 around 25th June and the company has not updated on a dispatch, no response to my several emails and chasers.. they have completely gone quite! It's an absolute joke and I should have read the below reviews before adding myself to the victim list of fraud!!!!! I've emailed - no response. I've tried to call the number - a fake number. I've messaged them on IG - no response.

Ordered an air con unit from this place, had no updates for two weeks. So I emailed them, they came back with it’ll be shipped in 2-4 days then it’ll take 7-14 days to deliver. So by the time I get the unit it’ll be 5 weeks after I need it. I will give them the fact they reply quickly. But the updating customers side and the shipping is ridiculous. I will no longer need this and I’m going to have to sell it to get my money back as I assume for this to be processed as a refund may take the same amount of time as the shipping!

Similar to other reviews, ordered an aircon unit 22nd June 2026 it is now 9th July 2026 I have emailed 4 times asking for updates and the company have ignored every email. The shipping update was a yuntracking tracking number which has just shown as “processing” the whole time. Customer service is terrible, it’s a pity you have to leave a bad review in the hope they will finally answer you

Easy process of placing orders and payments

I have tried to email them multiple times for a refund/return and no response. Which works perfectly for them as it’s 30 days return policy

Don’t trust any of the reviews on here, this place is an utter scam and will promote a product and send you the incorrect product

Shocking

Please do not order from this company. I ordered an air-conditioning unit on the 23rd June. Ive heard nothing after repeatedly contacting their customer services. It's still not been delivered and still no update to even if it will be delivered. Very very poor service for an expensive product

I ordered an air conditioning unit with dehumidifier, initial contact was great, order confirmation and an email that delivery was delayed. A completely different item has been delivered and the company are not responding to requests for a refund and returns process sent over the last week.

We have not yet received the products - the online ordering was easy. Hopefully, all goes well, and the products are great

I bought an air conditioning unit on the 25th June order number 31338 and I have not yet received it and no change on tracking. I have emailed the company on 3 occasions and no reply. Stay away.... I will claim a refund via my bank as soon as it gets to 15 days.
