CosmoLight lamps in Spain

I ordered Cosmo Light lamps for my home in Spain twice. Both times, I received everything exactly as described.
The price is the best I’ve found on the Internet.
Delivery could be a bit faster, but the product's price compared to competitors makes up for everything even if it takes a few days longer.

Disappointing experience – order never delivered, no refund.

I placed an order #SL2335ES on May 5th and paid in full. The order was confirmed, and I received a tracking number that did not work.

The company promised to refund me if the shipment was not delivered, but I have not received the goods nor the refund, and they have stopped replying to my messages.

I have since submitted complaints to my bank and the European Consumer Centre.

Based on this experience, I would not recommend this company.

⚠️ I have found other customers reporting similar issues, which raises concerns about transparency.

✏️ Update (August 2025):
I eventually received a full refund — but only after initiating a chargeback through my bank and involving the European Consumer Centre.

The company never responded directly again, nor provided proof of refund when asked. The process took over 2 months and required continuous follow-up.

While I did recover the funds, I would still advise extreme caution when dealing with this company.

Order SL2300ES

On 8 March 2025, I made an online purchase from Decovix for the sum of € 217.80 Euro (order number SL2300ES: PR Home Florenzo 3L flush mount ceiling lamp E27 D 42 cm). On 17 March 2025 I received an email that the purchase was in transit. However when I searched for the tracking number on DPD, I could not find it. The order has not been delivered yet until today (28/06/2025). Given the delay, I am no longer interested in proceeding with this order and request that it be canceled immediately. I therefore request Decovix to refund the purchase sum of € 217.80 Euro.
I have contacted Decovix several time and received a reply once, that they were currently unable to deliver the order to the address provided at checkout. The address that I provided was correct, but I did not receive a correct tracking number. This is the first time that I am having such issues with an online purchase.

I ordered a lamp for € 246,32 from DECOVIX on 08 May 2025 and received notification by e mail on 22 May 2025 that the item was on its way.
The DPD tracking code has not and continues not to be recognised by any DPD site I've accessed.
I have made numerous representations to DECOVIX through its web site but have received no response or reply.
I have requested a refund of my payment because it had become obvious that the item I had paid for would not be forthcoming but, again, have received no response.
I can find to phone number for DECOVIX on its web site.
I believe it reasonable to consider that DECOVIX has a total disregard for customers and, whether by commission or omission, may shelter commercial activities of dubious provenance.
My advice to potential customers is to exercise extreme care with DECOVIX and consider the risk that money might be lost.
