Superb customer service.
I was looking to do a name change and after a search decided that i liked the way the deed poll website explained and guided me through applying and using the deed certificate.
I completed the application form ( very easy to do) and made the payment ( which i found reasonable) on 25/09/23.
Deed poll kept me updated and completed the task within a day.
Royal mail messed up and i did not receive my deed. I contacted Deed poll even though they had posted the deed and sent a tracking number, they were very warm and professional . My email got responded to same day even though was a Sunday.
I followed it up with a phone call on Monday and the response could not have been better- she understood my concern and even sent out another copy.
I would gladly use this organisation again, i am super impressed.

I have never rated or given a review, but this service truly deserves it. The webpage is super informative and application process amazingly intuitive. In a matter of minutes, I had completed and submitted my application. I was kept up to date on timing and the deed poll was delivered exactly on time. I had requested next day delivery before 9am which was absolutely crucial and it was - everything correct and in the right number of copies.

Easy ordering via website. Fast delivery, items were here in a couple of days. Have now secured details so if I ever need more copies in the future it's even easier than this time round. Good value for money.

My experience of changing my name was so easy and straightforward, I wish I had done it sooner.
I had two christian names and as with most people, I only use one.
However, if this is the second name, most organisations assume (wrongly!) that your first name is the one to register. I simply removed my first name by deed poll leaving my known name as before.

I had nothing but problems with the bank refusing my decree absolute, that was until I turned to the deed poll office for help, as I didn't know what else to do.
The process was so easy and straightforward. I sent all the details that was needed and paid the extra to receive the paperwork the next day, and true to their word, I received them the following morning.
I would highly recommend using the deed poll office, they removed all the stress for me and the bank accepted the deed poll with no issues at all. If only I had gone here straight away it would have saved me a whole lot of stress.
