never received the product. i want a refund

The unit was easy to use, variable speed, variety of attachments to message different parts of body. I have Parkinsons so I use it every day for tight muscles. It is challenging to hold it and do a self message, but practice will help.

I had issues with massager I originally bought. They sent me a new one no charge without me asking. They care about the reviews people write.

The product was misleading in line. Have the appearance it was a set and not singular. I combed the copy and even saw where the product was referenced in a plural context. I attempted to call customer service but the line constantly rang busy and I emailed with no reply from the company. Very upset to be stuck with one dumbbell and not a set

I got notification after about 3 weeks that my dumbell set was delivered, however it was not. Notified the company with zero response multiple times so I filed a claim with Paypal. 10 days later a set does show up again with zero communication. 2 stars because I actually got the product but other than that a horrible experience.

The EMS foot mat doesn't work and the yoga mat is the size for a barbie (picture is a little deceiving.).

I have not received my order I’ve been sending emails and no response. This was a gift for my mom. I would like to know if I can get a refund or get my order

There was no communication from start to end. There was no way to reach out to the company with any questions. I emailed several times and no response. Called the number on the website and it was always busy, never rang once. After 3 weeks I opened a PayPal case and got a refund.

I never received my purchase. I emailed support asking where my dumbells that I ordered were but did not get a response. I had to contact my credit card for a refund. If you can make this right I will give you a second chance.

What went wrong with the items. I don't know because I never did receive anything.

Regarding you service, it is subpar. You need to provide better updates on order status. You probably need to higher a lot more people to actually respond to email inquiries in a timely manner and more people so that there is not an endless busy signal on the phone.

Regarding the product, I love it but its not the best. Whenever I pickup the dumbbell and set it back down carefully in its tray, often times its very difficult to then change the weight setting. I have to manipulate the dumbbell to ensure its setting just right to turn the two handles. Could use some improvements.

I ordered dumbbells and canceled the order in less than an hour. I received an email saying they were evaluating my request. I sent several emails for four days, NEVER to receive another response. 5 weeks later, I received the dumbbells. How ridicules. Sent several emails explaining. I googled the business name to find out they have horrible reviews. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

I would never recommend anyone ever buying any products from you. I sent numerous emails to your customer service department asking about my order and no one ever responded. I was mailed an item that doesn't work and now I am being told I need to pay for shipping the item back to Canada which will cost more than the product is worth. I paid $8.95 to have the item shipped to me and I want to return this broken item and get my money back. I never would have purchased 1 dumbell for $200 that is insane and feel like I have been robbed. They are supposed to be adjustable dumbells and they don't adjust. No one answers the phone or responds to any emails. Don't waste your money.

I repeatedly tried to cancel this order prior to receiving notification of shipment. The customer service for this company is horrible. They cannot be reached by phone and all you get are "automated" email replies. They never specifically responded to my numerous cancel requests, but in fact, still charged my credit card and eventually shipped the order. I have been trying to contact them again to return the product, but again, i have yet to receive any response outlining return procedures.

My order arrived over a month late after placing the order. I ordered in November and received the order in January. When i finally received the order, the weight arrived broken in pieces. I am very disappointed with this order.
