Every picture showed a set a dumbells. I showed up almost a month after I ordered and it only had one. It was a Christmas present that didn't come for Christmas and it wasn't what I expected

I was not able to ever receive tracking from this company. It was to bw shipped before the holidays and did not arrive on time. The tracking came the first week of January after I bought another set. ( these were not even a weight set, charged double for 1 weight only) They do not answer emails, the phone number is non working ( straight to voice-mail or busy) DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

Very poor (nonexitance) customer service.
Item that was supposed to be delivered in 2 to 5 days, arrived in 15 days.

Received my massage gun, and it doesn’t hold a charge. Can’t get it to work and would like a refund.

I ordered 2 of these and gave both as gifts one worked and the other did not. I have emailed 3 times and every time I try to call the phone number it is busy. It has been over a week since I tried to contact and no one has responded. So frustrated with this company and the lack of customer service.

Reached out to company after filing a BBB and a paypal dispute, asking to please send return labels. Emailed them 9 times. They responded after a usual 5+ day, or so much longer, wait with "why do you want to return?" And then being ignored, so items were refused. Buyer beware.

Over a month and still no product. SCAM

Product did not work at all!!! Cheap flimsy controller and parts. Packaging was horrible, just a ball of tape.

You did not deliver my package!! You now have it return to sender!! Tracking number below. Please deliver my package!!

Wish I could give zero stars. False advertising and misleading the consumer. I am pursuing legal action with the Federal Trade Commission.

This company is plain fraud. They won’t send products and won’t abide by return policies. Do not get caught in this scam.

Do not ever purchase from them. They shipped me a dysfunctional product that I gave as a Christmas gift. I immediately reached out for a return, they've been missing for months at a time and 8 months later respond saying that I am outside their 30-day return policy and unable to receive a refund. Unbelievable.

Website is misleading. A picture of a SET of dumbbells - with a price of “$199” next to it. And then they only shipped a SINGLE dumbbell. Plus a lot of “phony” endorsements to make them seem LEGIT. Lots of complaints with Better Business Bureau. 0 communication. Impossible to reach.
