I really felt comfortable talking with Robin. She was very knowledgeable about the products and which ones would most benefit me. She seemed to understand me and how I felt. She also didn't push anything on me She pretty much made suggestions and followed it with reasons why they were for me. Ultimately she let me decide if I wanted to pursue the options.

Really glad I went with Defy Medical. The staff actually takes the time to have a real conversation with you not just a quick questionnaire and a script. They explain everything in plain terms, answer questions, and never once pushed anything on me. No upselling, no pressure. What I appreciate most is that they don't just refill your prescription when it's due and call it a day. They actually monitor how things are going and adjust based on where you're at. Been very happy with the whole experience so far.

Beth is great but she was going to send some prescriptions to my pharmacy. Only one was sent and I have emailed twice about it. My appointment was July 7 and it is now almost 2 weeks later and the prescriptions are still not called in. Very frustrated.

was great! lost connection but Megan called me on my phone to finish up. The process the uploading process seems to be taking a long time. I'm hoping it will be worth the wait.

Professional, Informative, and Helpful

Dr Calkin was incredible. He explained how each hormone imbalance would make me feel with real life (and funny) examples. He gave me an action plan that is flexible depending on how I feel. He aas so easy to bounce ideas off of and I really felt like he cared. Tysm!!

Mike was very helpful on explaining my blood work results and covering what I needed to improve some of the markers

So far my experience has been amazing! The provider was very thorough and listened to everything i was concerned about. It was very easy to talk to her as well she was very personable!

Doctor was knowledgeable helpful and had some good insight. It's been like 2 months since I started this process though so I hope the medicine gets prescribed soon. Trying to get rid of pain and until I get things going I just have to put up with it. Other than that you guys have been great:-)

I had my appointment on Tuesday July 14th and I have not received a call back to go over how to obtain my prescription. I have called 3 times today and was told they were too busy to talk to me right now and that someone would call me back, I still have not received a call back and it is the end of the day on Friday July 17th. I have called 3 times today and I had to leave a voicemail. I was hoping to get this prescription in a timely manner. I am very concerned that it will be this much of a hassle every time I need to get my prescription refilled-assuming I even get the first dosage of it. What is the protocol for a full refund on everything that I have already paid so far so I can get help through another company? Please call me back ASAP! Thank You!
