My experience with the practitioner was phenomenal! She was extremely knowledgeable in all areas and thoroughly explain my lab results and came up with a plan going forward to help me feel like myself again. I have been searching for five years for someone to help me. Defy is amazing! They have been extremely responsive since the very first interaction with emails and explanations of exactly what to do throughout the process. Iwould highly recommend them.

Best appointment I’ve had with Defy. My provider went through my bloodwork line by line and actually talked through the reasoning with me instead of just handing down a number. Nothing rushed, straight answers. If you want to understand your own labs and be part of the decision, this is the place.
