Michelle, NP, was so wonderful to speak with during my intake. I made the right choice by going to Defy. I am feeling optimistic about my health and medical provider.

Elizabeth Thara is a great NP that is an asset to your team. She listens to the patient in a very respectful manner. You will not find anyone better. By the way, I am a physician, so I know the caliber of professional she is.

My first consult went very well, Megan was great, very thorough and explained things very clearly, offering well thought suggestions.

I've never had a bad experience necessarily with my PA however I asked twice for a travel letter as we are going to Canada in just a few weeks. My husband asked his PA as well and neither one of us have received it nor is it in our chart/file/documents in our account. We pay a lot of money out of pocket with this company for your services and expect excellent service when it comes to things that should be handled in a timely manner. I'm not sure if that reflects on our PA or admin or what but some one is dropping the ball and as a high paying customer we are not satisfied. We shouldn't have to wait for over a week for notes to be updated in our account nor should I have to go back to ask multiple times for a travel letter!

Ben was great and just spent the time going through my situation and how to resolve it. He made me feel like he wasn't in a rush to get me off the call for his next appointment (which is what virtually all the doctors I have gone to in the past years have done).

I had a very positive experience with my provider. She was patient, attentive, and took the time to listen to my concerns. My appointment started on time, and I felt that my questions were answered clearly. She was especially helpful when I asked about dosing and possible adjustments to my treatment plan. I appreciated her professionalism, communication, and willingness to work with me.

Mike is great. He's very patient and always gets to the root problem.

Everything was explained well, and Morgan was helpful, knowledgeable, understanding and gave me hope for my post menopause symptoms. So now I'm waiting for the text to order my peptides, so I hopefully can begin using them soon!:)

Michael is easy to talk with and his knowledge is excellent.

The nurse was very informative, polite patient and helpful. I reached out to defy nurse. Ask her a question about a specific medication. Not only did she answer my question, she reviewed the remainder of my medications and provided new guidance.

Melissa and the Defy Medical team are amazing. Wouldn’t go anywhere else after this level of service the last 6 months
