Michael is easy to talk with and his knowledge is excellent.

The nurse was very informative, polite patient and helpful. I reached out to defy nurse. Ask her a question about a specific medication. Not only did she answer my question, she reviewed the remainder of my medications and provided new guidance.

My original appointment was with Ben Walker. He was very friendly, patient, knowledgeable and helped me to understand my options. I wish I’d gone with him the second time, but I was having trouble aligning schedules and thought it couldn’t hurt to get information from another practitioner who was female and had many years of HRT experience so I booked with Robin. She was impatient, curt, rude and talk to me like I was stupid. My experience with Defy has been mixed, depending on the person I speak with, from very positive to mediocre and now to negative with her. Also, once you have a prescription filled out of state for testosterone as a female they won’t transfer it back to CA so I’m paying three times as much. Something to consider if you’re looking for cost efficiency you may want to go with a local provider after all.
