If you have a problem in your apartment, don’t expect the agency to step in before 10 days. We had a floor covered in water for days because the washing machine was leaking. Thankfully, they were there to replace it with another one that didn’t work either.
Also, don’t expect to get your deposit back on time. The contract states 40 days, but I received mine after more than 70 days, and of course I didn’t get the full deposit back. Apparently, we had exceeded the allowed quota, when in reality the water heater wasn’t working and the apartment temperature was constantly above 30°C.
To put it simply: don’t trust them — especially if you’re students. They will play with your patience and your deposit.
