After my bad review due to delay in the delivery of my order George Wrigglesworth took control of my order. From this point on I received regular updates and was kept up to speed until my order was delivered shortly after.
Really pleased with the product.

Placed an order on the site, then nothing...no confirmation email.

Checked back 3 days later on their site to see my item had been dispatched....then nothing for 6 days, so called and left a message.

I received a call back the next day informing me they will look into my order....then nothing for 5 days, with no response to both my emails.

I then send another email to request a refund, whereupon I subsequently found out my item was not even in stock, yet no-one bothered to even send me an email to keep me updated...!!!!

I can honestly say I've never experienced such poor communication from a company, even to the point of confirmation etc. The only good thing was that my refund was processed quickly...!

I purchased a FRAL dehumidifier from this company and was very please when I contacted George in sales, he was extremely help even to the point of telling me that the electrical plug was a two pin euro plug but was provided by the manufacture with a purpose built adapter to fit a UK 13 amp socket. He went into detail about how good the 5 year warranty from the company was in comparison to the British made units. All in all I would certainly be happy to buy from this company in the future. I have not yet run the dehumidifier as it needs to stand for a good couple of hours for refrigerant and oils to settle.

Great advice about which product to choose. Very fast responses to questions under difficult circumstances.

After having a look at the website, gave the company a call and spoke to a man called George. He had phenomenal product knowledge, and was able to guide me to the best product for my needs (which was by no means the most expensive). The products arrived the very next day! Thank you.

I looked around the internet for the correct dehumidifier for our home and we came across an Igenix product with DehumidifiersUK. I spoke with Jessica who was friendly, approachable, helpful and honest - when she didn't know an answer, she went away to find out and provide the correct information. I felt like this company really cares and so placed an order and the product arrived next day which was very impressive!

I used the product for a few days and it worked perfectly however it recently developed a fault. I called DehumidifiersUK who advised me that they would replace it - no quills. I didn't want a refund, I just want a working product so I was ecstatic. My new product comes in two days time so I am really pleased with their service!

What really shows you that you're dealing with a proper company is not how they treat you when things are going right, but how they treat you when things go off the track - I am really impressed and I will recommend any of my friends and family to use their service. Keep up the great work!

Excellent advice, honest guidance and very happy with our purchase of a Brolin br85c dehumidifier. It has exceeded its claims and taken a damp warehouse down to 45 humidity. Very happy.

Ordered the BROLIN 20C low power consumption dehumidifier which comes with a 2 year warranty. The unit arrived a couple of days after ordering it online. So far we are very impressed with the quality and build of this dehumidifier. The LED display is easy to use, the colour changing light is a great visual way of seeing when your room is at the optimum temperature/humidity and we are so impressed with the amount of water the dehumidifier extracts. It isn't noisy either. The team are great, George, who dealt with any queries was very efficient and with the help of the rest of team ensured the FREE weather station was sent out separately as it had not come originally with the dehumidifier as specified. Communication from the staff is quick and responsive and we would definitely do business again with this company as the products are pure class.

Purchased two DH800 and one DH1200 dehumidifiers that have now been working for over 2 years keeping by storage units at a nice humidity where we have stored our furniture and our other things whilst we built our passive house - great service great bits of kit and thank you for the recommendation upon types of units needed

Bought a refridgerant dehumidifier from DehumidifiersUK, price good and arrived very quickly with no added delivery cost. Unit working well. Slight issue with the supplied separate hygrometer display. Sorted out next day after leaving a message. Replacement on way after I sent photo of issue. Can't recommend highly enough.

I had been using a large portable dehumidifier but this was a pain to move around the house and then empty. George recommended the Olimpia Splendid Aquaria Slim 12L digital wall mountable. This is small enough to instal permanently in my bathrooms and hall with drain connections and without being too obtrusive. These have humidity setting and switch on/off automatically. I now have three of these and peace of mind and time

First class service from the knowledgeable lady to dehumidifier being delivered within twenty four hours. Cannot recommend more highly.

I chose dehumidifiersUk because they had stock of the EcoAir DD1 Classic that I was after.
I ordered on a Sunday and the website failed. When I checked out I was charged but shown a 'Your basket is empty' screen with no confirmation that the order had been placed.
I called on Monday and was reassured that the order had gone through and that I'd receive an email receipt. I received the item on Tuesday. I had to call again to get the receipt emailed to me.
dehumidifiersUk seems like a good service, but is let down by an unreliable website and order system. They mentioned they're trying to fix it.

I have purchased from Dehumidifiers UK before and have been very happy and no different this time. Called to check out detail on the Ecoair DD1C and George was most helpful. Placed order, which was received the next day as promised, excellent service and support thank you George. I would fully recommend Dehumidifiers UK.

Had a problem with the website but rang George who sorted it quickly. Highly recommend the DeHumidifier DD128 I ordered. Works great and the delivery was super fast.

I bought a dehumidifier and didn't receive any confirmation e-mail. Contact the company and in the morning next day they answered saying it was an IT problem.

The product arrived sooner than planned, what was great.

I was not happy with the product so I contact them for exchange/refund and had not answer about it.

So unless you are sure about the product you are buying, I would not recommend once the return policy seems not effective.

Great service from George! My needs were listened to, understood and recommendations for an appropriate dehumidifier were spot on. Great knowledge and information absolutely appropriate to the customer.
