Very Helpful Company, I run a small business, and I was a little apprehensive about buying a domestic machine for this reason, but after talking to George at Dehumidifiers Direct explaining my requirements I purchased a Brolin dehumidifier on his recommendation which I am very pleased with. I was very happy with both the customer support and guidance in my purchase. Thank you!

Very helpful. The model we wanted wasn't in stock but they gave us great advice on alternative models, received our order next day and it is now installed, doing its job to help dry out a flood damaged property.

Started off by calling the customer service number as the product I wanted had limited availability. Got through to staff member George, a very friendly and helpful customer service agent who told me that unfortunately the model I was after was no longer available. However, instead of trying to sell me the most expensive product, he went through a range of alternatives with me that also met my needs. Received with free next day delivery through DPD which was brilliant. Really pleased with the overal experience and staff member who went above and beyond to help me choose the perfect product. Would definitely recommend!

I tried ordering from Appliances Direct on the 18th of August, but after the FOURTH change in shipping dates to the 9th of September (who knows if Id even get the dehumidifier then....)
I cancelled my order with Appliances Direct yesterday (02 Sept) and ordered the exact same model dehumidifier (Eco Air DD322 SIMPLE 10 litre desiccant dehumidifier). It cost £20 more, but I was really impressed that it turned up within a day.

I would have appreciated an order confirmation email after the order, but other than that, I'm really impressed with their speedy service.

Fantastic and outstanding personal service from this company. I received my dehumidifier the next day even though I had ordered just after the 4 pm deadline.

I purchased a Toyotomi TDZ80 dehumidifier the company.

So far I've had less than 5 or 6 hours use from it as I only use it to dehumidify outside the bathroom after a shower or bath.

At first it worked fine - just the normal noises of a dehumidifier.

After around 2 or 3 hours of use the dehumidifier has developed a squealing noise. At first only making the noise occasionally.

Now its making the noise every minute or so - and when it does, it does so for a good 20 seconds approximately.

I phoned their customer services expecting them to be helpful.

The item is faulty and needs to be returned. I'm not happy with Toyotomi quality control and therefore wished to return the item for a full refund.

However this option was not offered - in breach of my rights as a consumer under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations.

They have now agreed to a return and refund.

Poor company customer service, ordered a dehumidifier last week and was told I would get it next day as they were in stock, rang up 2 days later to be told they had been no delivery from the suppliers but they would contact the suppliers and ring me straight back, no call so rang back and was told they are not buying anymore of that make. No call to tell me and refund me. They must at least keep a customer informed of the situation. Poor service.
