The order wasn't delivered within the estimated time. I had to call several times to cancel it. The wait time was very long, and then customer service was nonexistent. The operators were unfriendly and seemed unmotivated.

Additionally, I placed an order which was sent incorrectly; I reordered the same item, and once again, the wrong shoes were delivered.
Communication has been extremely poor, with little to no response from your side. Overall, this has been a very frustrating experience, and based on this, I cannot recommend purchasing from your company.

I placed an order with several items on this website, but unfortunately my experience has been disappointing so far.
The order was split into multiple shipments, and although delivery was originally expected last week, only one item out of seven has arrived so far. Unfortunately, the item that did arrive appears to have a quality issue.
I contacted customer service by email immediately and provided photos and videos of the problem. However, I did not receive a response until I called the hotline myself, which made communication quite difficult. I was then informed that my email had been received but the attachments were missing, so I sent everything again via WhatsApp. Since then, I have still not received a reply.
At this moment, I cannot recommend this website based on my current experience. However, I sincerely hope that after this feedback, the company will review my case and improve their response and service.

The hairstylist said that he had 45 years of experience. Unfortunately it was my worst experience within 30 years of bleaching my hair. I have different colours in my hair including yellow, grey, black and copper. And above that, the made a bad hair cut.

Timeline:
11/3/26: Placed an order with DeinDeal for some Benetton goods. The confirmation email stated "Dispatch is scheduled between: 02/04/2026 and 08/04/2026"
13/4/26: Emailed DeinDeal, demanding a refund on my order. Their website showed it hadn't even been sent yet.
15/4/26: Reply from DeinDeal, apologising, "we should have informed you in advance that the delivery of your order would be delayed", and asking me to verify if I wanted to cancel the order.
15/4/26: Emailed DeinDeal, telling them I've already answered that question. Yes! Time's up ! I want a refund !
18/4/26: No reply from DeinDeal, so I emailed them again. Their website *still* says this order is "In Progress", with an estimated shipping date of "02.04.2026 - 08.04.2026".
21/4/26: Still no reply from DeinDeal.
23/4/26: Out of desperation, I posted a public message on LinkedIn addressed to the DeinDeal CEO, to tell him my order hasn't even been dispatched, and that the DeinDeal customer services refuse to answer me. I emailed DeinDeal customer services to tell them that I'd contacted him.
27/4/26: Still absolutely no reply from DeinDeal.
28/4/26: The CEO of DeinDeal actually took the time to reply to my public complaint on LinkedIn, apologised for their level of customer service and said he'd look into my issue.
28/4/26: I emailed the DeinDeal "info" and "support" customer service emails, with screenshots of the chat with the CEO, to warn them that I have now taken this to their CEO.
29/4/26: STILL no reply and certainly no apologies from the DeinDeal support staff, but I got an automated email to confirm that my order - which had never been shipped - had finally been cancelled, and refunded.

Stick to Galaxus (next day delivery, you can see what's in stock, and they have amazing customer service)
My thanks to the DeinDeal CEO for getting involved, but seriously, you need different staff.
This wasn't just a "logistics issue". I've worked in retail, mistakes happen, I can accept that.
This was down to non-existent customer services, not even willing to acknowledge a mistake, or apologise.
DeinDeal is Swiss customer services at it's absolute worst.
You've been warned.

Ordered a storage Unit on February 5th 2026. Not only did they totally mess up my order but the return was completely wrong too. Firstly they decided to send a replacement piece delivery for which was done without any prior notice, no email or sms confirmation, just on their own. Then , once again the incorrect item was sent and on top of that they have not bothered to have the first piece collected in nearly 4 weeks !! Even after repeated mails and phone calls they refuse to have the item collected nor have they refunded my amount. I am still waiting! Highly unprofessional delivery and after sales service and absolutely zero accountability or compensation for how lazy they are. Very unhappy Deindeal !

I received an automated response stating that there are currently delays due to a high volume of inquiries and asking me to only send my request once. They provided a phone number for support between 9:00 and 15:30 on weekdays. I sincerely hope that the exchange will be handled quickly and efficiently.

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with both the delay in my order and the poor customer service I recently experienced.
I placed an order with your company, which was expected to be delivered no later than April 2nd. However, as of today, April 10th, I have yet to receive it.
I contacted your customer service team today, and the representative informed me that my order has not even been prepared yet and may take even longer. Instead of offering a proper solution, she simply gave me two options: either cancel the order or continue waiting, without providing any clear timeline.
When I asked if it might take as long as a month, she repeated the same response without any clarification or assistance. I also requested her name, but she refused to provide it and ended the call abruptly by hanging up.
This experience was extremely disappointing. Rather than trying to help resolve the issue, the representative was unhelpful and rude, which is not the level of service I expected from your company.
