Unprofessional
Arrived at frankfurt airport. After being gone for twoweeks. The business card that I was given was packed away in luggage. I than proceeded to dail the number listed on the website call would not go through. After going through my luggage to find business card called number and NO one answered. I than proceeded to get a taxi and gave the business card to the taxi driver. Because it had only one address on the card. It turned into a 25 min drive into an unknown area. At the point the meter was already at €55.00 euros. I told the taxi drive this is not the loction. The taxi drive dialed the the number on the business card several times no one answered. After me and taxi driver reschearched another location for your business the taxi fair was now €90.00 euros. When arrived at the parkstar, I confronted the employee there who said he was the boss. He than said it was my problem and that I dailed the wrong numbers even after showing him his website and phone numbers listed. As well as saying the taxi driver was also wrong. Instead of showing any compassion after a 11 hr flight and a 40 min drive to the wrong business listed on website and business card. Than on top of that the car was not even washed after requesting it. I understand it was ranning. But at that point you should notify the customer if it even worth it to wash in the rain!. Car was parked in a muddy location. We're other cars we're passing it Throwing mud and dirt on to the car. The employee or boss who ever it was didn't even show me were my vehicle was located. I had to walk around the muddy parking lot and pot holes of water to find a black bmw in a ocean of black bmws. I will be taking legally action for this over priced and incompetent business. And will not be recommending this business to anyone and will tell them to stay away.
