Well after some delay and looking at this clip over the past 13 monthsI decided to take the plunge and purchase a Delan Clip Fusion. Living in Australia I wassurprised at the speed in which the clip arrived by freight. After setting it up, a few small tweaks and I was away. Having had a main expensive brand before I can honestly say the Delan Clip is awesome and for me is a better tracker overall. It was lighter and easier to fit to my headphones which are the Steel Series Pro. Easily adjustable curves and dead points and does exactly as it is supposed to and is smooth as butter. Initially I needed some advice from Tom regarding a setting and his responsiveness to my inquiry was within minutes and sorted very quickly. I’m 63 and play Arma 3 so I’m not overly techy but I’ll have a go at anything. Very impressed and I highly recommend this device for any game that requires head tracking. I now have my second Delan Clip and I'm extremely satisfied.

The headset holder is easy to attach and very stable.

The only drawback is the lack of a charging indicator on the new clip. You don't know when the clip is fully charged.

-Products made well and work.

-No fancy extra "features" that require anything proprietary and the company doesn't harvest data.

-Linux support.

-Time to ship and delivery has been great.

Recently bought the Gamer Pro bundle. At first, I thought I'd buy this and upgrade to a TrackIR5 camera with the current clip, but after using it, i realise it works so well I don't need to. It's easy to set up, only thing was that the velcro was a bit weak, so I ordered some stronger one but otherwise it's such an excellent product. Great work!

Have owned their products for about a year, and I has been absolutely amazing the whole time. Additionally, when I had a problem down the line, Delanclip was extremely timely with their responses, super thoughtful, helpful and all around amazing.

Every facet of this business deserves 5 stars. Pricing, function and customer support are class acts.

I have been a TrackIR 5 user for years, and I finally made the switch. My former head tracking was so inconsistent - any outside light would throw it off, I had to be "tethered" to my computer, and recently the software kept crashing, which made it unusable. I ordered the Delanclip Fusion Pro, now I'm simming with my curtains open, unhooked from my computer, and I like the results better than my former setup. Plus, I can open or close the software multiple times without restarting MSFS. If you're looking for the best in IR head-tracking, Delanclip is definitely the way to go!

I’ve been using Delanclip Fusion Pro for multiple games, DCS, ARMA and others and I have to say the device is virtually plug-and-play. Other than installing the software and adding the already created profile to it, there’s not much else you’ll need to do to have it up and running flawlessly.

Awesome new addition to my flight setup. Easy to get going and calibrate. Total game changer.

Have being client for over 5 year.i am using Delanclip fusion and Ps eye camera.i swamped Ps eye camera for a Delancam1 and I must say it was a grate decision.Delancam1 works wery well if you have longer distance between screen and tracker.I have 42 inc curved monitor and my cockpit is about 1.5 meter away from screen Delancam1 with fusion is still wery accurate.

We had a bit of a miscommunication on delivery address, but the staff were really understanding and helpful, got it all sorted out really easily.

Great product and support – Tom responds to emails within minutes. The tracker itself requires some adjustments in OpenTrack and you have to find a balance between responsiveness and smoothness but once you manage to customize the settings the product is excellent. I recommend it to everyone!

I got Delanclip wireless together with headstrap, and it just works, finally i can enjoy true sim experience. Delivery was fast to 7-10 days from UK tl Serbia. Customer support is awesome, they informed me of everything and were very polite...

I recently purchased the delanclip fusion pro, it is absolutely amazing, especially for the price. Very precise head tracking simple and easy to set up and the customer service from Tomasz is excellent. I was worried my delanclip wasn't charging properly, dropped them an email and Tomasz replied within 3 hours and on a Sunday! After their guidance I found out the charging was just used error on my end. A 5 star experience all round, definitely worth your money. And local to me which is a bonus!

Great customer support. I ordered the Fusion clip and some accessories and the shipping company managed to botch the delivery (basically they said I refused the delivery). Thanks to Tom, who asked me if I actually refused the package, I was able to retrieve the package before the delivery company tried to return it back to sender. I am now a happy owner of the Fusion clip and it is great!

In my retirement years I took up Flight Simulation and have spent many hours doing this. Although enjoyable I craved a bit more immersion in the game. I tried VR a couple of years ago and although I did like the immersion I found the drop in graphic quality frustrating and therefore it wasn’t my goto thing when using the simulator. A couple of months ago I came across some articles and video’s of the Delanclip Fusion which looked pretty good so I bought one and gave it a go. It works really well with my X-Plane 12 app and I feel it is much more natural to look in the direction of a panel and being able to see it without having to go to a pre-created static view. It is now my goto thing whenever I’m in the simulator. As good as this product is I must give a shout out for their service and support as they certainly do go the extra mile. While not being difficult to set up I did struggle somewhat with the alignment and settings due to my lack of knowledge of what the alignment process was actually doing. Thomas worked with me to simplify the process with patience and understanding.

I had an issue with the magnetic charging cable.
Emailed support and within an hour had a response with troubleshooting steps and very quick responses throughout the process! Easy to follow troubleshooting guide and a came to a resolution pretty quickly!

Tomasz was amazing throughout!

Easy to order, easy to install and above all really easy to use, highly recommend.
