Utilised Del Brace’s online booking system. Very easy to select preferred time. Del sent text day before confirming estimated arrival times and sent another text 20mins before he arrived.
Perfect, no hanging around. Service carried out quickly and efficiently. Del answered all my questions about present gas boiler future upgrade to heat pump. Electronic invoice and we were able to settle by banks transfer.

Del was extremely helpful and professional. Turned up when he said he would and always had excellent lines of communication. Team was neat and tidy and got the job done properly. I was recommended Del after a complete cowboy who had lots of recommendations on my local community Facebook page (I seriously query why) did not fix the heating and even left me with a bit of ripped off skirting board that was unnecessary to remove.

We were notified by text that the plumber was on his way. He carried the job efficiently and neatly and cleaned up after having completed the job

They had a complicated old heating tank system to replace with new Worcester combi boilers in two flats in our house and did the job quickly, efficiently and professionally. Del promised to call within an hour when our boiler died. He was there within the promised time-frame, offered a quote for a replacement and two days later he was commissioning the new boiler. Del and his team worked tirelessly (outdoors in low temperatures) to finish the job quickly. We were very impressed.

Arrived on time- got the job done with no mess, took away all the old boiler and were polite and thoughtful - fantastic job thank you!

Another fast and efficient boiler installation by Dell and Jerome. We needed a new boiler in my 91 year old dads house and this could have been stressful. Del handled everything perfectly. They work as a great team, very efficient fast and best of all clear up everything when its finished. Our dad is well happy and if he is so are we. Top job would highly rate these guys.

Turned up when he said he would, and fixed a problem I had with my nest thermostat while servicing boiler, can’t ask for more than that!
