Don't Buy From Them
Placed an order nearly two months ago. Made no progress with shipment from China in two months - requested a refund. Was told I would receive a refund if I had not received my purchase within 7-10 days. Waited ten days, sent a followup email requesting a refund again; I was ignored. Sent a third email - also ignored. Contacted my bank and now they're handling it. Honestly, if they had said that my product was inevitably delayed for the time being because of the pandemic, I would have been more inclined to just wait. But to lie to me about the lack of progress and call it a delay, and tell me they'd give me a refund only to then ignore my subsequent emails? Will never be doing business with them again, and I hope they get blacklisted with the Better Business Bureau. Also - the only other review of this place is by Prasanjit Datta, AKA either the owner or a top employee of "DeliverHost".
