I requested a quote and selected T&S Recovery Specialists to collect my car and deliver it. During my conversation with T&S, I advised the car was non functioning hence the need for transport. I advised it was an automatic and could not go into neutral. T&S advised they would use skates.
It went downhill from there. I wish I could post pictures and video of T&S dragging my car to the loader and as they were unable to turn the wheel, my car falling off.
Strangely, my faith in this company went down the drain when they left the towing hook inserted and then prompt list the towing hook cover. Not easy to replace because of the custom colour so I now have a hole in my bumper.
I contacted DelivermyMotor about this experience and to request a refund and they washed their hands and said incorrect information was given about the job. I advised that full information was given when I spoke with T&S but no further response.
Next time I need any sort of assistance like this, I will go local. No more using these facilitating websites as their customer service is dreadful and once they have your money, forget it.

Failed delivery
They took my deposit for a car delivery from the Midlands to London the booking arranged all details given, confirmed again the night before. The delivery didn’t happen, the guy didn’t call and when I called to find what’s happening, the best he could say (RobertB) was overslept, he was an hour late. We couldn’t wait messed up days of planning. To date several tickets raised with deliverymy motor and emailed several times not heard a thing after a week. UPDATE **** deliver my motor has since I posted this have given me a refund!

A rapid response followed by good communications with the delivery company. Arrived at the appointed time and the driver was courteous and helpful throughout, which included pushing the car down onto the road to get it on the transporter.

This child who owns this site is hilarious. Just read through all the reviews. Look at some of his responses. Now his company was struck off and dissolved and he talks about keeping customers safe 😅 I don’t have an account on this site and don’t plan on either but I am doing some market research and decided to check out this company and boy what a shambles this company is. I think anyone who pays a penny to this company are crazy!
