The guy's name is Rob. He was not honest that he had other jobs. Ig was stated that he was seeing his kids on Sunday. I requested a pick up from an auction house that had a 4pm deadline. The guy did not make it after he promised to pick the vehicle on Monday morning. He later stated that he was unable to pick the car but will be there at 8am. I booked an appointment with the place where the car was going to be picked from. I waited fof this guy from 8am to 10am the extension deadline for clearing the vehicle. Rob did not come. He later sent me a message stating that He was not picking the car because his vehicle was not suitable for thef job as there were no key. He is a scam because I lost 35pounds for booking him and he never delivered on the job. I had to book another person. He is not professional. I am sorry.

This is the second time I've used Rachel and Rob, the communication is brilliant and they do am excellent job really quickly. I will continue to use them every time I need a vehicle picked up and delivered. Special thank you to Rob as he always goes above and beyond.

Setting up the vehicle details, and the pickup and delivery addresses was easy, received a few competitive quotes and the one I went ahead with (Owen1) offered a quick delivery date! Very courteous, helpful and friendly person, I would certainly recommend this courier to anyone who requires a fast and efficient service!

Antsautobiles quoted bringing van from Glasgow to Rossendale. Same day quote collection and delivery for a 4hour ish journey. Can’t fault the service received and £100’s cheaper than all other quotes. Reliable professional friendly Guy and would use again without hesitation even taking pics and calling me on collection as I hadn’t physically seen the campervan. Brilliant seamless transaction and job completed. Be aware you have to pay deposit which I thought looked quite scam like, however, I proceeded and advised Ant to explain how the site works so others can book worry free.

Appalling. Got 2 quotes with poor communication. Paid £25 deposit to someone who turns out to be a middle man and passed it onto his “delivery driver” contact. Arranged and confirmed a time and he never showed, wasting half a day of my time. Emailed customer services with an urgent request for my deposit to be returned and nothing. AVOID.

Overall excellent customer service. Received a very competitive quote for collection and delivery. Car was collected on a Bank Holiday Monday around 2.20pm and delivered the next morning at 7.20am. Communication throughout process was good. I would definitely use this service again if needed in future.

I requested a quote and selected T&S Recovery Specialists to collect my car and deliver it. During my conversation with T&S, I advised the car was non functioning hence the need for transport. I advised it was an automatic and could not go into neutral. T&S advised they would use skates.

It went downhill from there. I wish I could post pictures and video of T&S dragging my car to the loader and as they were unable to turn the wheel, my car falling off.

Strangely, my faith in this company went down the drain when they left the towing hook inserted and then prompt list the towing hook cover. Not easy to replace because of the custom colour so I now have a hole in my bumper.

I contacted DelivermyMotor about this experience and to request a refund and they washed their hands and said incorrect information was given about the job. I advised that full information was given when I spoke with T&S but no further response.

Next time I need any sort of assistance like this, I will go local. No more using these facilitating websites as their customer service is dreadful and once they have your money, forget it.

They took my deposit for a car delivery from the Midlands to London the booking arranged all details given, confirmed again the night before. The delivery didn’t happen, the guy didn’t call and when I called to find what’s happening, the best he could say (RobertB) was overslept, he was an hour late. We couldn’t wait messed up days of planning. To date several tickets raised with deliverymy motor and emailed several times not heard a thing after a week. UPDATE **** deliver my motor has since I posted this have given me a refund!
