Had to place 4 orders to get 1 delivered.
I had to place three orders with the store all of which got declined after speaking on live chat I was first lied too and advised to place the order again waited half an hour only to be declined after three attempts I had to order from another store even the part of the order never arrived the app is full of bugs staff tell lies always missing items from my orders always arrive late I appreciate this is a new company but that said things should have been ironed out by now let's see if things improve in the near future.

I understand one of our support team have been touch. This was an issue with the store you were ordering with. We had compensated yourself for items which were missing as a gesture of good will on behalf of the store. In no case are missing items charged, they are auto refunded.

Took 58 minutes to arrive when the estimated was 20 minutes and didn’t even have all the items. Contacted them to say we hadn’t got all our items and never got a response or a refund.

Some stores do have a 60 minute delivery time. Stores manage their own inventory and we do encourage them to offer alternative items.
Poor service and rip off
Items very expensive on the app, no delivery tracking system, no way to contact driver, went on the live chat to ask but the staff member wasn't useful at all. Couldn't give information. Took some time for the order to go through. Once it was out for delivery, it showed that the driver was in Sheffield whereas I'm in Leicester. Very disappointed.

I can see you took advantage of our £15 off when you spend £20. This gives a superb basket value. I have looked into your order and see you were advised in some cases we have third party drivers which you are unable to track but notifications are sent. You were in contact with our driver to 'pass the items through the window'. Order was delivered within 40 minutes.
