Ftom sending enquiry to delivery kn 2 days very efficient

Had a nightmare with DHL delivery (totally not Dellonda's fault), but Maddie at Dellonda was absolutely brilliant.
Responded immediately, tried to help contact DHL when they were unreachable, and when DHL refused to compensate for their failures, Dellonda stepped in with a significant goodwill gesture - even though the problem was entirely the courier's fault.
This is exceptional customer service. Most companies would say "courier problems aren't our responsibility." Dellonda said "our customer is frustrated, how can we help?"
The wine fridge is great, but what really impressed me was Dellonda taking responsibility for a problem that wasn't theirs to solve. That's the mark of an excellent company.
Maddie - thank you for being genuinely helpful and professional throughout. Will definitely shop here again.

So helpful. The part I needed for my dishwasher arrived next day. They literally saved my life. I was desperate to get my dishwasher repaired!!!

The product is splendid, well made in good material and cleverly designed, It does all that it says on the tin and more,.
But turning to the tin, the bow is huge and very heavy indeed, two strong memo bought it into my ground floor flat puffing and groaning u under the weight.
When the left I looked at it and decided that my octogenarian body would need help just to move it into position for unpacking and assembly.
Once opened (with help) the items were laid out well, the instructions clear and assembly straight forward. As above that done, I was delighted with the product.. But what to do with a very large box and all the packing materials. Our local bin men took one look and drove away. The council came to the rescue - reluctantly. All in all, a very good but at a reasonable price, now at the centre of my studio/office.

I ordered the item by mistake on 24th December. I cancelled the order and spoke to a member of staff. We discussed a full refund. I have the package and it is still unopened. I await your reply

The person that I dealt with was Victoria who I found was very pleasant and helpful and answered my e-mails very promptly.
My only concern is that you as a Company do not hold enough spares in stock

Bought some items on the 18th for next day delivery it’s now the 29th and still missing items. Customer service useless and incompetent do not know where items are and change stories depending on the person. DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL!!!

I have purchased several items from this company and have found the quality of every item outstanding. Furthermore, their customer service is of the highest standard. Could not be more helpful. So friendly and polite, and a special mention to Maddie who assisted me above and beyond with an issue I had with the courier.

Your customer service team are brilliant. From my initial enquiry when I was asking technical questions all he way through to delivery the team were very friendly and helpful, particularly Victoria and Maddie.

I wanted a way to provide tea/coffee to our club of about 25 folk. A kettle wouldn't do so I looked online and saw this British made water boiler from Dellonda at just under £60. Glad I bought it as it is quick to boil the 10litres, portable, doesn't drip and once at temperature keeps the water hot. Had it a month now and so cannot tell you how many years it will last but so far an excellent buy. It arrived punctually and well wrapped. Sturdy and no annoying water drips from its tap. Good value for money.
