UK ticket 7556976 - Warranty Breach
Contacted DeLonghi by phone 18/03/26 with faulty heater, leaking oil. All details provided including a copy of the invoice. I was informed by phone that an in-warranty replacement would be sent, which was followed up by an email from the advisor. Having heard nothing I phoned again today and got through, eventually. The advisor told me it had been 'de-escalated' but no further information had been provided. He was also unable to provide the registered UK office address to serve papers for this breach of warranty.
My experience of this company is very poor. They do not seem to know what they're doing.
