I placed two orders on the website and was satisfied. One arrived perfectly well packaged and in good condition, but the other perfume box arrived damaged. This could be due to the poorly protected packaging or the careless transport. These are minor things, but details that should be taken into account.

I ordered some fragrances I wished to have, I was waiting for a little bit longer and was extremely satisfied with a products ordered. Gulf Orchid Vanilla Addiction is surprisingly excellent fragrance, it was a blind buy and I am over the moon with longevity and similarity to the famous brand.

The delivery went wrong when I went to a pick-up point. The door closed by accident while the package was still in the locker. It was not possible to have access again. Deloox was a great help in solving the problem and reacted swiftly with understanding. I got my gift in time for a good friend.
