Very bad services, I bought 2 perfumes and only got one from them. When i wanted my perfume or my money back they just came up with alot of excuses to not send me the perfume or return the money. I will never buy perfumes from them again, from a sincere perfumecollector.

Ordered a parfume from Armani through Deloox. The one I received was a fake. The bottle was old and worn out, the lid was not original and the liquid was exchanged.
Deloox policy is that returns is on own expense and only unbroken packages can be returned. Offered no help. I would recommend no one to ever order anything from Deloox

Deloox always offers a reasonable prices for promising products. I am satisfied with all of my orders as short delivery time and packaging as well.

I shopped several times and I am fully satisfied with product portfolio and prices.

Worst customer service ever.

I got my perfume in a box with plastic around it. It was only the bottle outside and no original packaging around it. Now if i want to return it and have my money back they make me pay for the return and also theres no proof the perfume is original. Their excuse was that they got the perfumes without original packaging in bulk from jo malone the manufacturer.. absolutely crazy fpr the amount of money you spend on a perfume to get it without its original packaging and also sloppily packaged. Never buying from them again.

1 time yaaa quick delivery and then bombarded with wanting to be review = ignored

2 time order, slow and kind of ignorant customer service just read the mail.
Delivery was 29/8 tracking shows waiting for package from sender I know then something is wrong after 3 working days (logistic what I do)
So replied to order confirmation that contains orde nr in subject line nd what is the first they ask for? My order nr, Hallo ????
Second reply it is sent lol just getting more and more irritated now it arrived today 3/9 and what do know sent to a Package Box 2 km away so to move it back adding another 2 working days because 2 km is very very far away.

Now a total of 12 working days awesome so no NOT FAST
NOT CLEVER CUSTOMER SERVICE THE VERY OPPOSITE

Tip to customer service:
When a customer contact you READ THE ENTIRE EMAIL don't just reply and after that you get upset about it to and stay silent,
You say thank you for reaching out and pointing out the mistake OWN IT
Check the delivery
1 *waiting for package from the sender????? Why
2* Check is sent to the address *pickup point* the customer had chosen you would have found out right away.

We pay money and want what we paid for

I purchased several times from this company, flawlessly.
In one of my orders I got a perfume which was not fully sealed and the bottle had scratches and fingerprints.
After some small debate, they accepted to get it back for a full refund.
That's how you earn customer's trust.

Bought s frsngramce a few months ago, everything went well. Just purchased 2 fragrances for the price of 110$, ehen the payment went thorough the site crashed and I haven’t received any email confirming my order, nor have I received anything under ”my purchases” in my profile. Really interesting, expecting a response.
