The product doesn't really help my wrists and are pretty uncomfortable to use

I ordered a Keyboard Wrist Rest (small white) and a Desk Mat large. Everything is high premium quality and feels the same. Unfortunately when placing the order I made a mistake,I contacted customer service and within a couple hours everything was cleared up and the other day I received my much desired order. Five stars are not enough! Keep it up!

Excellent product! Takes a little bit to get used to but it’s very comfortable when you do. Best purchase I’ve made in a while!

Company took my money says they shipped the product a month ago and is now ignoring my emails. Complete scam don't give them your money

I really love their wrist rests but when I bought a new pair they ended up being the wrong size and not really a fan of the color (originally got the grey). My fault in sizing and the color didn’t really go with my setup. The customer service was really helpful and understanding. They gave me options to exchange and made the process very seamless.

I got the white wrist rests in the correct size however I noticed my left wrist rest is already yellowed. It doesn’t affect the performance but it does make the wear look uneven. I’ll probably need to replace the rubber pads in the future but otherwise it’s not too noticeable.

I spend all of my work day on the computer and was looking for a solution for my elbow and wrist pain. After getting used to the Carpio G2.0 I noticed that the pain has been relieved. Fits really well with my Deathadder V3 pro which is a larger ergo mouse. The strap is barely noticeable and easily adjusted and the wrist rest easily glides over my desk pad. As a firm believer of how well this product works, I recently bought a second one (in small) for my wife who is now using it regularly. I took a side picture of her wrist position with and without the Carpio G2.0 and the difference in posture is easily noticeable. As I have no intention on returning the product, I am not sure how good the customer service is but the shipping was quick and I plan on sharing this product with my peers.

I ordered the desk mat and carpio 2.0 and I am very satisfied with the products.

My package arrived right on schedule, no fuss or delays and a sweet discount! Overall, I couldn't be happier with my purchase. Huge thumbs up to DeltaHub for making my workspace a whole lot comfier!

Got the 3 in 1 laptop bag. Initially there was a faulty pulling wire but the customer service is excellent and I received a replacement super fast.

No problems since then and it’s been a great product of high quality. I also really appreciated the great customer experience through email.

Best thing you could buy when working long hours on a computer!

This review is written after my second order at deltahub.io. I saw their Carpio back in 2021 in an Instagram Ad and had massive issues in my right wrist because of the long work hours I have at the computer (and the gaming afterwards...). Carpio was the first thing I thought could be an interesting solution for my problem, because I wasn't ready for a ergonomical mouse or one of these super ugly mousepads with the wrist-rest. So I ordered the Carpio and used it on a daily basis. My Wrist Issues disappeared pretty fast and I took the Carpio everywhere I was going work related. Sadly, I lost the old one, so I went back to deltahub and ordered the Set for both wrists. Best Upgrade I've made so far.

Ordered 2 pair of palm rests, right wrist felt comfortable, pain almost gone. Ordered 2 more pair for the whole family. Worth the investment for my wrist health.

A much needed upgrade from a previous, now three year old model.

Great customer support, very fast response time and very helpful

Took my money and my order and after 10 days never provided an update, never shipped the product, what a scam. Website said the item I ordered was in stock. Horrible fulfillment and customer service for a product this expensive.

I love it, absolute game changer

I have to say, I thought the wrist rest was a gimmick. How much difference can a piece of plastic make, right? Well, it's not. It works. And that makes me very, very happy.

I'm a web developer and I spend a lot of time using my mouse. This led to issues with my index finger - it kept getting fatigued and it hurt. Sometimes, it hurt a lot. When I finally got fed up with that, I decided to give Carpio a shot.

That was in the summer of 2023 and over 6 months later, I can confidently say I've not had any pain in my index finger ever since I began using it. Even when I do a lot of clicking, which used to hurt a lot, there's no pain or discomfort present anymore.

And it's very easy to get used to. I really don't even notice it anymore, as cliché as that might sound.

Sizing guidelines are incorrect. I bought a small according to their guidelines, the wrist rest keeps slipping off.

Return process is at your own cost (but not indicated anywhere that it would be), which is about a third of the total price.

I made a mistake and accidentally ordered the wrong product, and they were tireless in solving my problem and fixing my order even after it had left the warehouse. Very thoughtful and attentive, plus the product (Carpio G2.0) exceeded expectations. I highly recommend them!
