A game changer !

Looking for something useful for my wrist and that i can take away easily, this one is the best. I own 2 : at home and at work.

After posting the review below, the DeltaHub support team reached out to see how they could make it right. They ended up refunding in full (including shipping). I also ended up deciding to try out an alternative product of theirs, the Carpio G2.0 (mouse hand only).

I do like this product much better, but would stick with many of my original thoughts. I think some small changes could improve the product quite a bit.

In terms of the company and the support, I appreciate that DeltaHub support reached out and resolved the situation. That said, it took a lot from my end. I'd advise that DeltaHub revise their documentation/advertisements to set clearer expectations about the return policy.

Original Review:

First, the product. They market their wrist rest mostly for the mouse, but also make it clear they intend for use with the keyboard as well. However, the rest is far too short for any normal keyboard. The position your wrist ends up in is far from ergonomic. The sizing is also awkward. There are only two sizes. If you hand doesn't fit in one of them perfectly, it can actually be a bit uncomfortable. They could easily solve both of these issues by adding a bit of adjustability to the width and height of the rest.

Second, the company. They make a big deal of their money back guarantee. They also have a readily available FAQ on returns and exchanges, where they say "you can complete your return without any label printing or return shipping". This is all lies. I tried several options through their return portal. In every case I had to both (a) pay for shipping, and (b) print a label, box the item, and drop it off. (To be clear: requiring that I label the item and drop it off for shipping, is perfectly reasonable. But why advertise that I somehow wouldn't need to? I am upset that I have to pay for shipping. It's a Money Back Guarantee, but you don't get all your money back?) In the same article they also say you can work with their support agents via email for more flexible return and exchange options. This was something I was interested in, as I was originally hopeful about trying another product from them. The agent just gave me the run-around and kept directing me back to the automated portal.

I wouldn't recommend the products nor the company to anyone.

Received my order surprisingly fast! Nice packaging. Took me a bit to figure out how to get the box open.

Customer service and keeping me in the loop was definitely 5 stars. The product is comfortable, well-built and constructed, glides very well and is supportive. I would have given a 5 star rating, however even the largest size wrist rest is not quite large enough for my husband, even though he has average-sized hands. He can use it but would do better with a slightly larger size product.

That being said, we are definitely going to be return customers as I am planning on purchasing a set for myself sometime in the near future. :-)

Delta hub products and support are absolutely the BOMB! I have wristrests, charger, mat, ... and the craftmanship is undestructable :) My 1 year daughter is playing many times with the products as she "helps" me with my work, and it fell down many times and still is in 100% shape. I had to return and exchange one wristrest for another and the support is real fast and they genuinely care. And that is why i care and give them 5/5. GREAT JOB DELTAHUB!

I placed my order on 18th November 2023 and it was sent by Amazon shipping. 3 weeks later I got a message from Amazon shipping to say the package had been lost in Preston. I contacted Delta Hub customer services and after a couple of emails they arranged a replacement order straightaway and sent it using next business day DHL . It arrived as promised by customer services which was a great relief as it arrived before Christmas for my son. No doubt he will do a review of the product ( hardrive magnets) after Christmas. Thank you Delta Hub (Simeon) for sorting out.

Bought a felt deskpad and a gaming carpio 2, both arrived quickly (UK) and after 3-4 months still in great condition. The email marketing is little annoying sometimes but do have a personal feel to them

I was a bit sceptic about Carpio. So I hesitated like 6 months before I ordered a pair for me. I am using a mechanical keyboard and a touchpad (not a mouse).
In my opinion this is not the perfect setup for this product, but after one or two days, I think it has a positive impact on a daily basis. I would add extra pads with different height to make it more customisable.

Only 1 minor point. I thought that the phone stand had wireless charging itself, seems like you have to buy the deltahub wireless charge pad :(

Regarding the product: at first I was quite skeptical. I thought it was quite a bit silly. However, after using it for 2 days now, it already feels very natural. It now also feels weird not using it.

However, I do wish that all Carpios were usable with a wrist strap, i.e. for gaming. Having to buy a seperate product for that ... I do not really like that.

Would be cool to see a Carpio 3.0, that is integrates the wrist strap in an elegant way. Other than that, I like it quite a bit.

I had a very good experience with customer support when dealing with a defective item. I would highly recommend the wrist rest for gaming.

It is too small in large size. +4-5mm left and about +2mm right would be nice. and please round the edge were the thumb is resting on a bit more. i tested it for a few weeks, and now im removing from my desk permanently. (right hander)

Deltahub has a very high-quality products.
But a flaw I found in the felt mouse pad is that the mouse often gets a little stuck in its fibers which is annoying when it happens multiple times.
Maybe the price is a little expensive especially for the Carpio
