First time purchasing was no problem except the waiting was the maximum period of 2 weeks.
Second time I ordered I got a confirmation email and that's it. No delivery,no response to my email enquiries nor refund request. £20 gone

Update: I received my order, only yesterday. So it did take a while for it to get to me... There was no communication from the seller despite my attempts. It seemed like it arrived from outside of the UK which is why it may have taken a while. I'm only giving 3 stars because of the lack of communication from the seller.

I ordered one bracelet on 10 Jan and today is 19 Feb didn't even got my bracelet its just scam don't buy from this shit store.

Ordered 2 bracelets, received one. I contacted them several times but nothing. I wasted £35. They target a young audience as well.

Doesn't even deserve a 1 star!! I ordered 3 bracelets on the 29th November, 3 emails sent and unanswered. So annoying! Not even a tracking number. Very disappointed as these were gifts for Christmas!! Do not buy from these!!

I ordered a bracelet from this site, its good quality but it takes long to arrive, I waited over a month.

I have ordered a bracelet on this website on the 3rd of October 2024. It was a present for my friend’s birthday, which was already more than a month ago. That gives you an idea how long I have been waiting for the package to arrive. It has been like 2 months and I am still waiting up until this day. I have tried to contact them, but they won’t answer. this site is a scam and it’s pretty sad they target young girls without a lot to spend in the first place. I, a young woman myself, wanted to support a small business whose jewellery seemed like a nice present for my best friend. miserable people.

My package never arrived, and when I try to track it, it simply says that "Your package cannot be found".

this company is not real- they will take your money and you will never receive your products. the worst company i have ever spent my money, don't bother to try to contact them as they don’t answer. they can all get fcked

Delume is a scam brand. I ordered more than a month ago and when you try to track it, it says order not found. I’ve tried to contact with no answer SO PLS DONT ORDER FROM THESE SCAMMERS!!!!!!!!!

It doesn't even deserve a star because this is a fake website. Very attractive for young girls whose world is Tiktok and Insta. They advertise on Insta with beautiful bracelets etc, but the product never arrives. They confirm your order but never send an email that is was sent, because they don't send it. I feel sick to my stomach they do this to young girls. SO please DO NOT ORDER HERE!!!
