Beware of this Scam company Took $6 dollars to restore internet on…

Took $6 dollars to restore internet on Denon AVR. Did not restore service . Sent numerous emails and Vtuner replied to none. This is a common occurrence to many. This company is stealing money by falsely promising to restore a service and then fails to do so. This is a scam. Denon and others Marantz and Yamaha should remove the advice from their systems as they are party to this scam by advising the Vtuner false advertising the Vtuner site

Company refuses to provide support

Company refuses to answer e-mail support OR take phone calls.
My older Denon AVR receiver is stuck with vTuner for Internet radio. Since the new annual fees, vTuner has ceased to play manually added stations and many of their listed stations have incorrect streaming URLs. Sent 5 e-mails asking for assistance...zero reply. Called company AND its parent company Nothing Else Matters Software, Ltd. They refuse to take calls -- everything straight to voicemail.
