I ordered a towel radiator from Carrera.fr. Delivery was very slow and when the item arrived it had several defects. I contacted the company immediately, they were slow to respond with no apology, but organised collection of the faulty item. I then had to wait another week for a new item to be despatched. This also arrived with several defects. The quality of the product, quality control and support from this company is of a very poor standard.

Very Poor services , Bad quality, not attend calls.

We ordered 7 radiators and they arrived about a month before they were scheduled to be fitted.

6 were good but one severely damaged. Unusable.

Their small print says you must check for any damage the day they’re delivered.

So we lost all the £££ for the damaged radiator.

Reviews here say they’re poor communicators but I’ve found them to be good.

Just be careful about their small print as - if they deliver you damaged goods and you don’t report immediately - you lose all your €€€€

I wish I had read the reviews before purchase... I ordered a heated towel rail on 31 Jan order and the money was debited from my account immediately. It stated on the Carrera site delivery 2 - 5 days it’s now 12 Feb and the status of the order is still "In Preparation". Their response to my inquiries has been a mix of excuses like "we have so much to do" or "we are out of stock" (even though the items states on their website as "in stock" and "delivery in 2-5 business days". In response to me poiting this out they rudely stated that "the terms you agreed to when you ordered the product is that we have 30 days to delivery the product to you". THIS IS NOT A SERIOUS RETAILER - AND POSSIBLY A SCAM. I DO NOT RECOMMEND ORDERING FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!

Il était indiqué sur le site Carrera que la livraison était sous 2 à 5 jours. Nous sommes maintenant le 12 février et le statut de la commande est toujours « En préparation ». I ordered a heated towel rail on 25th October order no C24AHE5ZFZ. My money was debited from my account immediately. It stated on the Carrera site delivery 2 - 5 days it’s now 5th December still no delivery. It’s impossible to talk to anyone as phone never answered. I eventually got an email stating my goods had been dispatched but still no delivery of goods. I DO NOT RECOMMEND ORDERING FROM THIS COMPANY.

I ordered a water heater on 14 September. order number C249G5WC77. My bank account was debited immediately. When ordering I was assured a 2-5 day delivery. It is now the 7 October, I have had no replies to my email requests and no one answers the phone. They have my money and the construction on my home is now delayed. Carrera could care less. They are thieves. Taking your money then never sending you the product you ordered. This company will steal your money and never send you your product. Avoid at all cost. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

Following this company's inability to fulfil my order, it was cancelled on the 2nd July.
I was promised a refund, when I asked why I hadn't received this on the 5th July, they said it had been done and would take a few days to show in my account.
I have just contacted them as I still haven't received it to be told they were missing a detail to process it but that it had now been done ( they never asked me for any missing detail) DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

Appalling customer service contact. No phone no. And messages being ignored for days. Do not even deserve 1 star....

Ordered on line, the website said they had stock. 5 days after the order they contacted me to say they didn’t have stock, offered replacement. Still waiting for delivery confirmation 8 days after order. Impossible to call. The radiator is for a tenant who is getting really annoyed at me as her house is cold and she has young children. Will never use again

Excellent produit, mais transport catastrophique. Sur 3 radiateurs achetés, 2 avaient le panneau arrière enfoncé.

We bought a water heater direct from Carrera which was fitted in January by an electrician. After two weeks of working something went wrong inside which caused the electric to trip. We have sent 5 emails to Carrera asking for assistance and so far they have not replied. We called them to receive a message in a French which we didn't understand and then hung up.
