I tried to set myself up on my employers corporate account but the page said there was an error, within 5 mins on the instant chat I was logged in and set up by someone called Paris. Very efficient, very helpful and friendly :-)

Overall, the claims process is usually quick and efficient, and I’ve generally had good experiences. However, I did have one issue earlier this year: I submitted multiple claims in January (family), a dental checkup for one of my children wasnt processed. I assumed all had been processed, but only realised in July. When reviewing my claims history, that one hadn’t been paid. I contacted them and received a prompt response and refund, which I appreciated. It was a good reminder to always double check rather than assume everything has gone through or in synergy.
One small frustration is the need to list each procedure and submit each line individually, it can be quite time consuming when doing multiple claims at once (my whole family!)

I was on holiday 250 miles from home and found myself in a lot of pain which turned out to be an abscess under a tooth, I contacted denplan and the customer advisor ( Cherise Gilbert) did a fantastic job of explaining the procedure and sourcing a local dentist that dealt with the tooth.

I have been with denplan for at least 30+ years now. Each claim has been dealt with professionally and with speed. Although there maybe better deals out there in the marketplace, I think if you are with a company that fulfills your requirements and responds quickly why change. I am very happy with the service I receive. Although dentist practice prices have risen, the cover hasn't as yet. Next renewal may see a change in cover to keep up with the standard pricing cover.

I had ongoing issues with my tooth - having to get a root canal and then crown. Pretty stressful process and quite costly. I was only on the plan for about a month at the time. I submitted my claim online and received the response the next day. Which is impressive! Also, one of the biggest advantages was not having to wait to be able to claim. I received exact amount as outlined in my plan. Overall, I'm very pleased with the whole process.

Painfully slow and indignant responses from customer services. Took them over 60 days to add me to the plan and didn't pay a legitimate claim. Also misspelled a family member's name on the policy - they must have work experience teenagers doing their admin.....

Extremely poor customer service and business practices. I called earlier today to cancel my account after discovering I had been paying a ridiculous monthly amount for many years. After being held on hold for many minutes I was eventually put through to a customer service representative who very bluntly told me I needed to give 21 days notice to cancel even though I had been paying for many years which means I was required to pay a further month’s payment.
I then submitted a complaint and asked for confirmation my request for cancellation had been actioned but Denplan have delayed a response to my email by asking for unnecessary details.
Absolutely one of the worst companies I have had the misfortune to deal with, absolute money grabbers.
