Really nice people I sore Adam the dental guy he made me feel very comfortable and he was impeccable polite only down side very very expensive but let’s have it right since 2020 the UK has near doubled in price on everything so not really there fault.

I have left reviews in the past and my experience today is unchanged which is that Craig is a superb dentist and, as important, a real gentleman. He listens to what you say and gives you all the time you need. He communicates with you during the procedure asking how you are managing, which I think makes it much easier for the patient, and his knowledge and technical ability are excellent. I never have any anxiety at all when I come to see him. I would also like to mention Beth who is an extremely capable and knowledgeable nurse as well as being so pleasant. I really wouldn't consider going anywhere else at all.

Just one humorous comment about your email. I'm not sure if it's a good idea to say to patients seeing a dentist that you can't wait to see them again. Perhaps add 'but hopefully not too soon!' 😊

I had the pleasure of attending the Dental Excellence clinic in Pembroke today
I met Naomi and PK who looked after me and made me feel welcome and comfortable. The initial procedure of root canal was carried out with great skill and care towards me. These people are very special to me because they care. Dental procedures have always been a dread to me, until today.
That said, we flew through the paperwork and subsequent procedure. May I bless these special people and hope that the NHS will accept me as a patient of their brilliant clinic. Thankyou so much for making me feel welcome. You made a friend today.

There are many dentists out there, but when it comes to detail, care, and genuine attention, there is only one, Dr. Robbie Hughes. His attention to detail is unbelievable. He understands you, takes you on a journey, and makes sure you look and feel your best. His staff are extremely professional, and the service truly reflects the name Excellence Dentistry.

The price was also very good compared to what I’ve heard elsewhere, and you genuinely feel important when you’re in his clinic. It’s one of the largest clinics I’ve seen, and everything you need is under one roof, you don’t have to go anywhere else. Everything is taken care of in one place.

Now I understand why footballers, celebrities, and leaders who have no time to waste choose Dr. Robbie Hughes. He understands this industry extremely well and offers a level of service that no one else can match. Your smile and your teeth are too important to trust to just anyone, and Dr. Robbie Hughes is the person you can trust.

Zarmina & Evie are a good team, would recommend them both to anyone! Zarmina also left a beautiful job so 10/10 from me.

What an experience, never had so much knowledge given to me, about my teeth, and basically my whole mouth, would highly recommend this dentistry and particularly Craig, he is so full of information, dont think there is nothing he doesnt know, so if you have any problems go and see Craig definitely.

I saw Oby and Evie today to check on a tooth that was giving me bother, attempt pulp therapy or book in a root canal. They were both really lovely and reassuring the whole time, making sure I was okay throughout. I had a difficult filling to remove but they did it as quickly as possible and joked the whole time so I felt comfortable. Thankfully didn't need a root canal and the appointment couldn't have been any more successful or smooth - thank you both :)

I have a new, perfect smile thanks to the amazing team at Dental Excellence UK. Today is the perfect day to write this review as I have reached the end of my journey with a brand new smile that I am beyond delighted with.
At 65 years old with teeth falling out and some teeth already on dentures, I wanted to get the best denture treatment possible and Dental Excellence UK was recommended to me.
On my first appointment I was warmly welcomed by the wonderful implant nurse Leanne who has supported me with her experience, expertise and genuine care and attention throughout the whole process. After being told 12 years ago that implants were not possible due to lack of bone, I found out that it was actually possible for me to have them in both my top and bottom jaw.
From start to finish, every single member of the team have been fantastic, from the welcome at reception to the specialist dentists and nurses who have looked after me. A big thank you to Robbie, Dr Chani and Leanne for giving me the confidence to go ahead and embrace the amazing techniques and technology that I feel so privileged to have had. I look and feel like a new person thanks to this life changing treatment.

I had an outstanding experience with Dr. Alex at Dental Excellence Liverpool. From start to finish, she was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely caring. She explained everything clearly and made me feel completely at ease throughout my treatment.

A special mention also goes to her dental nurse Lydia, who was equally fantastic, friendly and reassuring, . Together, they make a brilliant team and create a calm, welcoming atmosphere.

Charlotte and Lauren today made my experience at dental excellence a great one, they were professional yet friendly so didn't feel like scary dentist visit. Charlotte explained what I can do at home to keep on top of my gum disease and lauren scanned my mouth perfectly without causing my TMJ to be painful like usual. Thank you again ladies xx

Craig and Lauren were both very helpful with helping me figure out what I want and made me feel comfortable while doing so.

I had an appointment for composite veneers which was the best experience with Dr Harrison and Evie. I had composite bonding done previously at a different clinic and wasn’t happy with the result and was nervous to try again but I am so glad I found dental excellence. Dr Harrison is a perfectionist and takes time to walk you through each step of the appointment ensuring I was happy throughout! Lovely experience all the way through and left with my dream smile I couldn’t have asked for better! Highly recommend would never go anywhere else
