I have not received anything from this order!!

i placed an order and have received no receipt of the order and no contact but the money had left my account, i would like a refund please.

Delivery is slower than expected as I have not received the product yet. Ordering and payment for the product was easy enough. Perhaps I can update once I receive the product.

Jade is really supportive and professional, though there are delays she seems very on target and gets issues solved! I like dealing with Jade. She also seems like a compassionate person and her customer service demeanour is very good. She seems attentive and very polite!! Good manners! Calm and approachable!

fast ordering - like

It was easy to find what I was looking for online. It would have been better if I could have talked to someone on the phone.
A previous order was done over the phone but we never received the product or an email as to why we did not receive the order.

The website was user friendly, the price was a good deal, and the delivery was quick and on time.

TL;DR
1. Do not checkout as a guest. If something happens, it’s stress you do not need trying to get order information.
2. Processing time took 10 days. Day 11, still no delivery date, status “shipment ready for UPS” not even “Shipped/On the Way”. Therefore, potentially still not fulfilled. Website did not mention delays. Please mention >1week processing time on website.
3. Hard to contact as guest. Please update the contact email: bounced. Kind of feels like a scam site without regular automatic update emails.

I placed an order 12/3. I didn't receive an email receipt for my order shortly after placing the order-only got this review form. Yes, I did check spam and other filter folders. I waited for the standard 5-day processing time assuming high holiday volume, before trying to contact them. Their email on the checkout page bounced several times when I tried to get an update. I got an "admin not found response email" on the last attempt. The “email will be sent containing information about your purchase” didn’t happen till 10 days (the 13th) after ordering where I got the order update, invoice, and UPS tracking number as it was finally processed but not fulfilled. Tracking number still has no delivery date. I assumed it'd be processed within 5 business days, then received within 5 business days after that. Not just processed in 10 days/8 business days. If the order needs more than a week to process, that should be mentioned on the website or emailed noticed. I would have appreciated an order still not processed/pending email at the 2 and 5-day mark. Without these updates I’m upset, I want my shipping money back. I would have ordered elsewhere had I known the long processing time. I needed to use these items on the 18th. I don’t think it’ll make it. If product is ok, then maybe 3 stars, since it's my fault for checkout as a guest.

ordered statcare on october 5th, sent an email to inquire where is my product, didnt hear back from customer support therefore you get 1 star.

very professional and easy to use website

Wasn’t able to include a code for first time buyers that would have gotten me 15% off. I wrote the request in the comments but wasn’t able to authorize it on the payment page. Very disappointed in false advertising.
