PLEASE can someone contact me! I bought a Uvex black ski helmet on 4 Feb. It arrived late and so my daughter had left for her trip. Product was fine. I paid to have it collected by the courier on 24 Feb. Waited all day - courier did not show up. No contact and no way of knowing which courier. Also the courier number, when you call it says 'not recognised.' I have emailed customer support but nothing. I would like to return this and get a refund. ref: RO1377925 or order #1300020017
Zero customer service
If i could give this company - - - stars on customer service I would. If you are thinking of buying from them "DON'T" I purchased a pair of cycling shorts but are to small, so followed their returns policy and they confirmed package would be collected on the 3rd I am still waiting for it to be picked up 11 days later. I've tried since then to contact them with various emails but they are not getting back to me. I have now contacted Klarna as I bought it threw them within seconds they have blocked the payments and raised a case. That is customer service, deporvillage has no customer service at all. I would rather pay £20 -£30 pound more for the same product elsewhere amd at least get some sort of customer service. As I mentioned above, if you're thinking of buying from them don't or if you do hope that yoi don't have to return it.
Don’t expect to get your money back for returns!
I requested to return a pair of trainers on the 1st January, they were picked up by their courier 22/1. I requested a status report on 6/3 as I had not received a refund. After on online chat about the situation I received an email saying they were looking in to it. On 18/3 I requested an update via chat and an email I received no response whatsoever. Today I have sat on chat for a half an hour so far saying I’m “up next” with no reply as of yet. I just want a refund!!!

the worst customer service ever experienced. I received a pair of shoes within a week but had to send them back as they were too small and ordered a bigger size. The only way to return is a collection between 10am and 7pm. This meant my partner stayed home from work...but no collection! Rearranged collection for my place of work... but no collection! At this point the customer service team (using a translator from Spain) just decided to stop replying to my emails. I still have not been able to return shoes that I can't use and missing £100 from my bank account

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. This is my second negative review this week on the same topic. I ordered trainers which were late. They were the wrong size. I ordered a courier through them who didn't show up. I now cannot get contact with anyone to rearrange. I am writing again as the company responded to my first negative review saying they would deal with it. They have not and I suspect they just say this to pretend to trust pilot readers that they are legitimate. I am now considering consumer rights action and also the police. I am a trained criminal barrister who will have no hesitation taking these steps if the company does not rectify this as soon as possible.

Absolutely terrible experience with Deporvillage. I would strongly advise anyone thinking of ordering from this site to think twice.
First of all, there is virtually no communication available. When something goes wrong, there is no proper way to reach them. No real customer support, no response when you try to get help, and you’re left completely in the dark about your order.
The delivery service is astonishingly bad. What should be a simple online purchase turned into a frustrating waiting game with no updates, no clear tracking information, and no accountability from the company.
It’s unbelievable that a company operating online can provide such poor customer service and still expect people to trust them with their money.
After this experience, I will never order from this site again, and I strongly recommend others avoid it as well if they value their time, money, and peace of mind.

Backs of Solomon speed cross trainers broke down, spoke to Solomon directly they said warranty were felt with through the retailer and apologised for the product! Went to deporvillage and was fobbed off. Won’t buy from here again

The worst customer service that I have ever had. I requested a return for an expensive cycling jacket that I purchased. Depor Village organised a courier, who collected the item as planned. Months passed and Depor Village then tried to claim that their courier didn't collect the parcel, even though they were recorded on my building CCTV. No refund. No apology. They are absolute crooks.

Customer service on this matter has been atrocious and remains unresolved
Avoid the stress
OK let's start with the positive. The item was a good price and delivered quickly. Unfortunately was wrong size so had to return. Its all downhill from here.
Arranged for the return to be collected on 30th December. It wasn't collected. The chat system on the website gets me ro position 1 then resets. Emails state 24 hour response but I've not had one thats not taken at least 3 days. After 15 emails (yes I've counted) the item finally got collected on 13th Feb. The original return said 8-12 days for refund from collection. An email today says up to 45 days. So by the time I get my refund it will be 2 months overdue.
I've asked to raise a complaint and asked several questions, all of which have been blatantly ignored.

Absolutely no way to communicate with this company - no answers to emails or online form, Web Chat automatically times out and no way to call. Appalling customer service. My order arrived over a week late and the dispatch email was full of lies. Will not order again - feel I got completely scammed.

Fully concur with other bad reviews. My product never arrived. No means to speak to customer service. No replies to their customer contact emails. Not fit for purpose. A slightly cheaper price for a product is a false economy. Buy from Amazon instead.

I bought from UK but the products are shipped from Spain. The item I purchased came with a EU charger instead of UK socket. I contacted the customer service and they told me that the Compex always comes with a EU socket, which is not true.
Ordered 4 weeks ago, not dispatced, no updates, and impossible to contact
I placed a sizeable (£450) order 4 weeks ago. I got a few emails saying my order was delayed being dispatched with later and later delivery dates. The last delivery date given was over a week ago with no further updates. I started contacting DeporVillage over a week ago by their website messaging system and Livechat. I have received no responses to multiple messages and sat on their livechat for hours with no response. I have even tried looking for phone numbers on line and tried several to contact DeporVillage directly without success. This is so frustrating. The service has been terrible and I don't know where my order is, when I will get it and DeporVillage are not responding to any of their contact options. I am so dissappointed.
