I was so highly recommended Dr Clayton at Derma Reading that I actually travelled down from Scotland, for a consultation and procedure.

Before I had my consultation (moles removed) the staff at Derma were so incredibly accommodating and helpful.
I was a little apprehensive and nervous about the procedure, but Dr Clayton couldn’t have been more considerate to my worries.
She is clearly very knowlegable in her field and has such a calming way about her.
She was even kind enough to give me some added advice on my eczema.

Although I am in the healing stage, I’m really pleased with the results so far. Thank you all again!

Positives: Availability of local service, with experienced range of dermatologists; a great location and clinic.

Negatives: some of the dermatologists only work there once or twice a month, making it longer to wait for allergy testing availability. That said, cancellation appointments do come up.
Check with the clinic as to which dermatologist suits your need best.

I had Moh surgery at Derma in March and can’t recommend them enough. The nurses were so lovely and reassuring both before, during and on my many follow up appointments afterwards. A big thank you to Sarah who literally held my hand through the surgery. And a big thank you to Dr Patalay who did an amazing procedure on a tricky area on my nose.

Absolutely amazing experience at Derma clinic. The team of consultants and nurses are very knowledgeable, professional, friendly, offering personalized service while using most up to date technologies. They make their patients feel very welcome and at ease, taking their time to explain available options. Thank you so much for all your support and for a truly life changing outcome!

The clinic is easy to find with parking. I was made to feel welcome and in good hands. Dr Clayton removed a skin lesion from my chin after an initial consultation. This was all within 2 weeks and I’m glad I went as the lesion was confirmed as “BCC”. Thank you to Dr Clayton and Julia for great customer care.

Overall my experience was great. Dr. Archer was patient and kind and the facilities are new and well kept. Highly recommended!

Highly professional staff located in a very high quality establishment

I was very pleased with my appointment at Derma.
All the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming from the moment I made the appointment. The clinic is bright and modern, with easy parking. I would especially like to thank Dr Rima Clayton who was kind, listened attentively to my worries and very knowledgeable. I came away feeling very reassured and with options for further treatment.

I received very professional treatment from Derma Reading.I have seen several Dermatologists over the years owing to excess sun exposure in my youth.
The treatment I have received from Derma Reading has been outstanding.
There is an efficient booking system, excellent treatment and really good follow up advice.
I find the annual Mole Scanning service reassuring.

I would like to say a huge thank you to Dr Clayton for helping both my teenagers with their acne. She was so reassuring to them that they would have clear skin at the end of treatment and they did!
Each had different skin conditions and her prescribed treatment was spot on. Every step of the process was clearly explained and her professional manner always put us at ease.

Very friendly, warm and professional service provided by Derma Reading for my daughter, from both the receptionist and Dr Clayton. Dr Clayton’s manner helped enormously to alleviate any anxieties my daughter may have had, instinctively answering questions that were on both our minds and immediately coming up with a treatment plan. Wish we had come to you sooner!

Dr Inge Kreuser-Genis was very professional but also kind. She explained everything to me before the procedure and even arranged for me to attend the RBH for the removal of a wart, which she said needed looking at.
Certainly know where to come if needed in the future.

My daughter was recently seen by Dr Clayton for a severe condition and fissures on her hands.
This was following 12 months of seeking the right treatment via GPs and Pharmacists and everyone running out of recommendations.
After our first visit and with a recommended course of action, her hands were significantly better and improved within a week and seem to be healing well.

Great facility and doctors. Had a small procedure done and all the staff were great.

Modern facility with very professional staff. Expensive, but they quickly diagnosed a chronic problem other Doctors haven’t been able to effectively treat-so hopefully well worth it!

My wife had the skin cancer BCC cut from her arm by Dr Rima Clayton. Stitches have been removed and the skin is healing very well. I, myself had a similar operation a few years ago by another hospital which was nowhere near as successful. So I would like to recommend Derma Reading.
I was impressed by the friendly, well organised and accommodating atmosphere which took into account that my wife had Alzheimer’s. I was given an estimate beforehand which was very accurate and when I came to pay, there were no hidden charges.
