Very disappointed

So disappointed with this company ! I ordered serum Medik8 , when it’s arrived the box and bottle wasn’t sealed. I contacted company straight away and asked why package was unsealed, and I’m not sure if it’s even original product. They replied that’s original serum , and didn’t explain why it’s came opened and unsealed! I told them that I want return product and refund , which they replied that I have to pay for postage , and it’s need to be unopened and unused. How can be unopened if it’s arrived open !! This company so unprofessional, don’t waist your time and money !!

Ordered 3 times with Dermoi

Ordered 3 times with Dermoi. Their prices are very competitive and they give very generously sized free samples. I like Medik8 and Dermoi stock a wide range of their products so much cheaper than other stockists.
I placed an order on a Friday and by Monday it was delivered. Other orders have taken longer.
They probably do need better communication if an order is going to take longer than anticipated but overall I’m happy to continue ordering my skincare with Dermoi.

Dissapointed

Really disappointed with delivery times and lack of updates from the company. Had to call them today to see where my order was. I was told it would be dispatched within the next 48 hours, it’s already 7 working days since my order but I’m still hoping it comes. Was also told I ordered too many samples but there was no limit on adding them to my basket so they need to sort the IT out! I said I should be given the extra samples to compensate for the delivery delay and was met with an awkward silence. I note further down the comments on here that there are lots of queries about items not being in stock. When you are running a 30% off promotion surely you should stock for the anticipated additional demands. Dermoi seems very unorganised and I’ll wait for offers elsewhere in the future!

Ordered product

Ordered product, first time with this company expecting product to arrive at the very latest 5th day of the 2-5 working days specified. No despatch notifications since ordering 4 days ago. Sent multiple emails, cancelled order, requested refund as not used to waiting so long for this product from other reputable suppliers. Surprise surprise.. a despatch notice came through yesterdays on day 5 after numerous ignored emails sent. However, i have already cancelled the order and requested a refund as per the terms of their website they have not fulfilled their terms. Interesting to see what happens now. Will never use this company again, first & last. used this product for at least 2 years and always had the best experiences with prompt delivery. I guess you pay cheaper prices you get below average service.

19.2.25 update: have been waiting for advice on how to return product with limited 14 day period in which to do so.
Surprise surprise no responses from this company.
So unprofessional it’s beyond belief . Stand by what I said previously , pay peanuts get monkeys.
Avoid this company at all cost.
I wish I had read all of the other bad reviews about them prior to my purchase .

Beware – Selling Items They Don’t Have?

I placed an order on Sunday, trusting their website’s promise of 2-5 day delivery, but my order still hasn’t been dispatched. When I contacted customer service, I received a vague and confusing response:

"We sincerely apologise for the delay in dispatching your order. Unfortunately, we experienced a temporary delay with supply, but we want to assure you that your order will be dispatched very soon."

This makes me question whether they are selling products that aren’t actually in stock. When I asked to cancel my order due to the delay and lack of trust, they completely ignored my request. Now I’m out of pocket and without the goods I paid for.

Would not recommend! Proceed with caution.

17/02/2025- **"This is in response to Dermoi—stop lying. I contacted you multiple times, and you ignored me except for one email admitting supply issues. That alone proves you are selling products that are not in stock.

When I asked for a refund, you repeatedly ignored me until I mentioned taking legal action—only then did you respond.

I placed my order on Sunday, February 9th. If the item was actually in stock, I should have received it by Friday 14th. Your claim that you don’t sell out-of-stock items is a blatant lie.

Your response is dishonest, and your business practices are outright fraudulent."**

Brilliant K ceutic

Really impressed with K Celtic for irritated skin that I just couldn’t find a solution for previously. My skin is gradually settling. The cream is very soothing and absolutely brilliant. far better than the prescribed medication that just dried my skin and worsened the redness.

Sell.... but no stock!!!

They took an order processed the payment but did not have the items in stock. Waited over 2 weeks, still no stock. Finally got a refund. Most companies do not take the money unless they have the items.
