great service & products

I recently ordered a couple of Obagi products from Dermoi, and am really happy with the result. The service was excellent, with prompt delivery that arrived much faster than I expected. The prices were very competitive, especially for products that can be hard to find elsewhere.
My order was expertly packaged and shipped with tracking. I would definitely recommend Dermoi and will certainly be ordering from them again

Avoid dermoi!

Dermoi! advise going to the Oxygenetix website for guidance on which shade of foundation to purchase. I did so, and then ordered from dermoi!. When the foundation arrived I found it was a dreadful match - it cost £53 for 15ml and is unwearable. Their customer service team refused to offer: an exchange; a refund; a discount on a future purchase; and guidance on choosing a closer match to my skin tone.

Oxygenetix themselves do offer refunds and exchanges, even on makeup that has been opened, so my advice would be to avoid dermoi! at all costs and to purchase directly from Oxygenetix.

It’s been an extremely disappointing and frustrating scenario to do exactly as dermoi! have advised, and then receive no support from them when the product is unusable. I might as well have put £53 directly into the bin.

My friend recommended me Dermoi a while…

My friend recommended me Dermoi a while ago and recently I decided to try it. I must say that I was surprised for the quality of the products and last few months using it every day. Delivery was on time but incorrect version of product sent, outdated packaging and imminent expiry date, which was advertised using images of a newer version of the product which is entirely new batch. Contacted customer service. Waiting to see if this was just an innocent mistake.

Check expiry date! They are selling product with short shelf life

I purchased an item from Dermoi that was not fit for purpose. It had a very short shelf life and therefore was ineffective and did not match the product description.

I contacted Dermoi about this and their response was that as I had opened it, they couldn’t refund or replace the item as that was ‘their policy’.

I would avoid this company for future purchases. I wish I had checked Trust Pilot before using them - I see there is a another disappointed customer that has posted a review recently with a similar issue.

Worst experience ever

Placed an order over a month ago. First they emailed to say the product is out of stock and is on the back order. I checked their website and this was not marked as back order and was still available for sale. So after a few weeks I got a message saying my order was complete, no shipping info provided. Another week passed I emailed to check if it was shipped at all and… it wasn't. Royal Mail tracking was provided the next day after I promoted them, according to which RM still don’t have the parcel from the retailer, and it’s been over a week since. Dermoi are claiming they are investigating the lost parcel with Royal Mail and I have to wait another 15-30 day while they’re investigating. What?!! This is nothing to do with me and I should have received my goods a month ago. Unbelievable how they treat their customers. This was my second order, obviously never again.
