FRAUDULENT AND SCARY

Sincerely would never buy from this company for several reasons.

I ordered an expensive product and got something TOTALLY different in the sealed box that I received. I was in total shock as I thought I have never seen this kind of scam before. I have used the product before so I knew what to expect.

When the liquid was white I wondered if I got an upgraded version and proceeded to google the item.
I found out this item was a fraction of the cost of what I was expecting and totally different.

Now things like this may happen due to human error, my issue is the way Dermoi are handling the matter under the name 'PROCEDURES'

The asked me to return the item which I paid over 12 pounds for. Then went on further to state that they have to investigate with the supplier before they can respond to me.

Currently they have nearly 300 pounds of my money and are telling me to be patient as they would like to investigate why what I ordered was NOT in the enclosed box that was a FRACTION of the price of what I was expecting.

This is FRAUD. Making a customer feel like its her fault and also basically saying its up to the supplier to decide if I will get my money back. Totally disgusting behaviour.

I will NEVER order from them again as this experience has left me unsettled.
This is still ongoing but till date I dont have my money back and yet they have the items and my postage money.

I would love to order and should have ordered straight from the supplier but sadly the google search showed me that Dermoi had a sale on this product saving me about 30 pounds.

Total regret!!

Lost a whole day waiting home for this…

Lost a whole day waiting home for this order to arrive..it never did..twice emailed customer service and got no reply…eventually had to call them and they expected me to go collect from parcel from random sorting office that i couldnt get to..and then refused refund my money for at least two weeks until they got the parcel back from post office!!!..disgusting customer service…they have my money and i have nothing!!!!! Thats what i call theft!!!

Such a treat

Such a treat! I had the facial peel at home yesterday and wow what a relaxing treatment. The beauty therapist was extremely knowledgeable about skin care. Being at home I was able to show her the products I’m currently using and she advised what was best to use after my treatment. The facial was lovely, my skin feels amazing today and is even glowing. I’d 100% recommend Dermoi. Thank you!

Great professional company

Dermoi had the best deal for the item I wanted...so I purchased two!!
The items were well packaged and even came with a couple of lovely free gifts. 💖

I placed an order on Friday evening and still haven't received my email confirmation despite the payment coming out of my account.

I have emailed, messaged on the virtual chat, called and reached out via Facebook and have had no response.

Has anyone experienced something similar?

I am concerned I have been scammed.

I had my first appointment with Juliet…

I had my first appointment with Juliet who was very nice and explained everything to me. It was relaxing and I felt well taken care off. I booked my next appointment with her. There is one thing I am wondering about: would it be possible to give customers the option to have a more sustainable/less waste option? I would be happy to provide and wash my own towel/hair band/ sponge or whatever is needed to avoid the amount of waste of one-time-use exposable sheets/sponges/ etc. I understand that doesn’t work for gloves, and maybe more difficult during the pandemic but perhaps something to think about in the future? Other than that very happy about my experience and look forward to my next treatment.

10/10 will shop here again!

Very pleased with my order and it came in such a lovely box with a free cleanser sample. The effort that went into just the packaging made me feel like i was opening a present!

i ordered the skin accumax and have only been taking it now for a few days so cannot comment on how well it works but fingers crossed it clears up my skin.

Cannot recommended this store enough and will 100% be shopping again as the website is easy to navigate and orders go through straight forward.
