Misleading photos of items and poorer quality
I ordered a few items and I can say that the quality of most of them was lower than expected. I ordered the Karina jeans which on the website look like a dark wash but I felt like I got something completely different. The material was thin also for jeans claimed to be 100% cotton. I do feel like the items are overpriced for what you actually get. I ordered the Tove top too in xs/s and I feel like the sizing and fit of it was very weird. There was extra material in the armpit area which made the top look very unflattering on. The material was cheap. I ended up keeping only one item from my order because I actually liked it. Also they charge you €7 for returns which in my case, I thought was quite unfair because ultimately I think the main problem is incredibly misleading photos and quality to price ratio. Won’t be buying from them again.

I have ordered multiple times from Design by Si and it was such a good experience every time. The clothes look like they do on the website. The shipping (to Germany) is fast and unproblematic and the quality of the products is amazing. I would definitely recommend buying there!!

The service was amazing
The service was amazing! I accidently ordered the wrong size on my shoes and sent an email asking if they were able to change it or if I had to make a return. They were so quick to respond and made it possible. The order came super quickly and I will definitely order from them again!

The pants fit like a dream, i had to shorten them a bit but its great that you guys make pants and clothing for taller women since i know it can be tricky sometimes to find pants that are long enough!

Never got a refund
I have returned an item months ago and have never received a refund. I have mailed them about this and all i got was a “we have not received the item”. This is not my responsibility and i would have liked my money back as it was expensive. Dont order from here if you’re going to return something.

As stated in our return policy, it is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the return package reaches us. You can ensure this by, for example, saving the receipt for delivery to UPS in case the package gets lost.
If the package has been sent back with UPS, our customer service is always helpful in contacting UPS to find out the location of the package. I see that my colleague has also just done so, so we are waiting for a response from UPS.

I bought the lovia jeans and the ronya trousers and both are sooo pretty! The design is so pretty and the fabric is really nice. For a tall girl like me (175 cm) the jeans are still pretty long😱 . I really love this as it is hard to find
