I ordered a dress for my graduation ceremony, and it is truly the most beautiful dress I’ve ever owned. It is true to size, very comfortable and was delivered really fast. Got me really excited to order an outfit again :)

Awful Experience and very disappointing
Honestly would never buy from here ever again. The clothes look lovely on the website - but in real life, quality and fit of clothing awful! I bought the iconic Design by Si dress with the cowl necklace and very poor qualify. It was unflattering and fit wrong. I also spent £80 on a pair of jeans, for them to be see through and high waisted? They looked lovely on the website, but not on me. The fabric was soft and felt like joggers and very Shein like but they were 80 pounds, which is an awful amount of money to spend on jeans. Delivery was really slow and made me pay £10 to return it. I’m so dissatisfied and disappointed with this site because I had really high hopes. I hope no one else has the same issues.

If you experience that you receive an item that does not live up to the website's pictures, you should always contact our customer service at info@designbysi.dk regarding a complaint and return. This is SO important so that we can improve styles that have been produced incorrectly - if they are for example marked as low-waisted, there may be something wrong with the size, and we must of course have this communicated to production. Furthermore, our customer service can help find a solution.

Absolutely horrible quality
Absolutely horrible quality! I ordered the Luna dress and the gathering on the neckline is appalling. The zipper was digging into my under arm all night there is puckering on the side seam of the dress. All the finishes on the inside are overlocked and the cups are not even the same size. For $110 it is not worth it at all!!!
