Terrible experience
Terrible experience! Logo design resolution was low! Unable to use on business signs and legal letter heads. Reached out to the company and got the typical runaround without resolution. I revised the logo myself. Do not purchase logo services from DesignCrowd!

Professional support and clear verification process

The designer support team is professional and responsible. For a designer, earning compensation through their own professional expertise is very satisfying. However, some clients may delay the approval of bonus payments for certain reasons, and designers may not receive responses when they try to contact these clients. In such situations, seeking help from the designer support team is an excellent choice. I encountered such a situation and the problem was resolved very quickly.

I have used the services from DesignCrowd for a long time (2015) and keep coming back to them when I need a new design for whatever I need. The designers that are affiliated to them are top notch and smart group of people. I highly recommend them to anyone who's looking for quality design. Their business model is pretty simple, you pay when you're satisfied and I can guarantee you that you will indeed be satisfied.

Not professional and unfair team
They accept my wrong format gmail when I registered and while I try to submit my designs for costumers that I worked hard for it they closed my account when I contact the support they allowed me to reregister with the same gmail and when I tried to to submit a new designs they closed my account again they told me that I register with an account before .. and the rules says that I can't register with another account. Imagine that this unprofessional mistake is from them not me .. and they even give me an explain.. unfair team and not professional at all ... They do that because I'm not from Europ I'm from africa . Racism is everywhere.
